El día anterior el viaje no había podido contactar con nadie y llamé a un número de teléfono y no contestaban y puse un Whatsapp y me contestó una agencia inmobiliaria que por lo menos nos dio las llaves pero éramos tres adultos y dos niños y solo había sábanas para cuatro y el sofá estaba absolutamente estropeado y se te pegaban los trozos del sofá, es una pena porque el apartamento si hubiera estado todo bien esta era cómodo y nuevo pero ha sido una experiencia penosa, nunca me había pasado algo asíbientrozos de plástico y no se podía usar

Bonjour Madame, il est bien spécifié dans l'annonce que je suis francophone. Et en Espagne la langue parlée est l'espagnol... je reçois beaucoup de clients anglophones et cela ne pose aucun problème au déroulement de leur séjour. D'autant que l'agence qui est sur place essaie un maximum de s'adapter à toute les langues.
