OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
- There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $84/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
-**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($100 fee applies at booking).

Persuasion offers the best of Seaside with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces including open living room, an updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a screened porch with outdoor dining, private balconies and a tower! The QUEEN guest bedroom is on the main level with full bath/shower combo. Upstairs is a KING master bedroom with private balcony and another full bath (shower only). Upstairs one more time is the tower guest bedroom with bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top, twin trundle) with additional balcony and breathtaking tower water views! A screened porch on the main level offers additional dining and lounging space with UPDATED + EXPANDED outdoor patio and grill space just outside of the porch. 3 Flat Screen TVs - Living Room, Master, and Tower Bedroom (Smart TV).

Located in the heart of Seaside on Savannah Street, "Persuasion" is an updated 3-bedroom cottage just two streets over from Seaside's town square, only 4 houses up from your private beach access, and a short walk to Seaside's playground, croquet lawn, basketball court, and 2 of the 3 Seaside pools. All in all - a great location!

Great for girls get away

Great location. Easy walk to beach and town center.Nice screened porch on main level and sunny deck on 3rd floor. Short walk to adult pool.Uncomfortable couch in living room.

Perfect Location!

Location is perfect. Short walk across the street to the beach, and also very close to the fitness center and to the food trucks and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie boards and beach chairs for use. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful five day stay at Persuasion. The house was just as described and was perfect for my family of five (kids ages 7,5,2). Proximity to the beach can't be beat and I much prefer the quieter, old side of town. I will warn that the bathtub needs to be replaced - there's a small hole where the handle attaches to the body of the tub and the drain stopper was broken during out stay. The dishwasher, washer and dryer all need a good cleaning. Can't wait to return to Seaside and wouldn't hesitate to book Persuasion again.

Incredible family vacation

Persuasion was in a great location and had everything we needed. Seaside did not disappoint for sure. Being so close to the beautiful beach, walking to the restaurants and shopping as well as bikes to joyride through the area. Appreciated the communication by Sandpiper reps, first class. My family will be back.

Great location but nothing luxurious.

The location is great. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable because it was outdoor furniture. The king bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The bedrooms didn’t get dark at night. The window blinds let much light in the bedroom from street light outside. We came home exhausted from five nights of poor sleep. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. They cheap out on the paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The pictures make the rooms appear bigger. It’s a tight house. Overall no major issues, and we enjoyed our stay, but were not super comfortable.

Short walking distance to beach and downtown area.

Access to town and the beach was a short walk or bike ride. The house sits behind another house that is on the road so it was a little hard to find at first, but the walk to and from the beach was not horrible. Parking was hard to find so once we got there we didn't leave until we checked out. The house was cute and clean, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The stairs were very steep and kept me worrying about our young children. The stove does not work properly and took a very long time to cook anything. We cook a lot while at the beach, so this was an inconvenience to us as well as the lack of cookware. And the "tower view" was barely that since the trees have grown up. There is one tiny view of the ocean that looks like it is a mile away. I was expecting more from the house for the amount we paid.

Outstanding Place To Get Away!

My husband passed away in August and this three day sabbatical with my two sons was a peaceful and beautiful time for us. The location and open air activities eased our fears of the increasing fears of Covid while travelling. The home, Persuasion, was immaculate and comforting in so many ways! Thank you for sharing with us!

Fell in love with Seaside

Persuasion is ideally situated within Seaside. The layout is good with the bedrooms spread out between floors to provide privacy. The open concept living and dining room with adjoining screened porch was very livable. The outdoor spaces on each level adjoined to the bedrooms was a nice touch.

Persuasion is PERFECTion! Location! Location! Location! Excellent size & amenities too

To say we absolutely loved Persuasion, does not cover it! Exceptional location for beach & town, large space (even bigger in person!) Clean, well kept, updated, fully stocked kitchen. The AC in the house worked great everywhere with the exception of the 2nd floor master, however a box fan was provided (maybe bring another larger fan if you drive, for comfort while sleeping). The bikes provided were great. Would recommend renting more (& kid size if your short like me!) so you can see all that Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, etc have to offer. Each surrounding area is super accessible from Persuasion. My husband was a little unhappy with the ill-fitting master bed sheets, but knowing we cannot wait to rent again next year, I’ll pack a pair to make him happy ;) We enjoyed this location so much, I’m almost hesitant to share how great it is! Trust us, you won’t be disappointed!

The location is fantastic- easy trip to the beach and restaurants/coffee shops/shopping in seaside. Overall cute place. Maybe put additional small table on top deck? The place REALLY NEEDS a good cleaning though. A lot of stuff felt sticky, and the blinds/windows/furniture were really dirty. The washing machine needs a good scrub too- lots of slime and mold around the seal and had bad odor. Not enough utensils and the dishwasher broke our first day there. The property manager was great to work with though. Beds were comfortable.

Location!!!!

The best thing about this property is it’s location. Both the beach and the square are located just a few minutes away. There is a small park at the end of the street that my kids walked to every day. The house is clean and well- maintained. We loved hanging out on the screened porch and the upstairs balcony is a perfect spot for watching the sunset. We cannot wait to go back!
