The Alba villa in Calpe is ideal for families who wish to spend a few days of relaxation in one of the most peaceful urbanisations in Calpe. It is located near Puerto Blanco beach, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car.
The Alba villa has 120 m² of comfortable accommodation on a single floor and is fully equipped, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and has a capacity for 6 people.
The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite toilet with WC and washbasin only (without shower). A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a third bedroom with two single beds and a fan. The property has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room, terrace and an independent electric kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In addition, it has air conditioning and heat pump.
From the private pool, you can enjoy views of the sea and the mountain and you can relax eating with your family or friends or watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Calpe. Do not miss it!

It is located 2 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach "Puerto Blanco Beach", 2 km from the rocky beach Les Urques (where pets are allowed) and 2 km from Calpe train station.
Important note: the villa is distributed on a single floor and to access it you have to climb a flight of stairs from the street to the dwelling.
