This comfortable villa is situated in a very quiet residential area, approximately 500 meters from Puerto Blanco and its small sandy bathing cove. The house faces southeast, and the terrace offers a lovely view of the sea. Two restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance), while shops in the town are about 1–2 km away.

The 75-square-meter apartment on the lower level features two double bedrooms, a bathroom (with toilet), a living room, a kitchen, a conservatory (dining room), and a covered terrace.
The upper floor remains closed off.

Schöne Zeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Ablauf mit der Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Der Hundestrand ist nur wenige Meter zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleines Manko: Terrassenstühle sind unbequem. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Alles bestens

So angetroffen wie ausgeschrieben. Agentur war immer zu erreichen und sehr angenehmer Umgang. Haben tolle Tage verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Sehr gerne wieder! Vielleicht könnte man noch näher auf die Zusatzkosten wie Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Strom eingehen, ist jedoch kein Kritikpunkt.

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub mit Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Um das Haus herum gibt es sehr viel Platz. Von der Terrasse und vom Wohnbereich im Haus, hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto fahren, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Auch sind schöne Strände mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Hello Chloe My name is Nadine Lloyd my husband and i recently holidayed at one of your villas in Calpe Alicante province Spain we travelled approx. 1200 miles to get there when we arrived at the villa we were very disappointed with the overall condition of the accommodation we found several things that did not come up to your usual excellent standard of accommodation i have fibromyalgia asthma high blood pressure and my skin is very thin due to the medication that i have to take the steps that entered the swimming pool were in poor condition with tiles missing that made it dangerous to get in or out of the pool i only have to scrape myself and have bruises and skin peels from the area that as been caught with blood poring from were i have just rubbed against were a tile is missing or damaged the condition of the pool we considered to be dangerous the barbeque was in poor condition had not been cleaned and the utensils were rusty and the wooden handles were cracked and in poor overall condition the property manager agreed that they were in unusable condition and took them with him we rang your customer services because we could not use the pool in the condition that it was in and we could not stay there your representative advised us to book into an hotel for the night send the bill to yourselves and to ring the next day to sort another villa that was more suitable the only hotel that we could book was the hostel la paloma 1 Avinguda de la Generalitat Valenciana Calpe we rang customer services first thing next morning i was on the phone to try to get this resolved all of the next day the hotel was next to a busy road in calpe and the fumes from the traffic were having a bad effect on my asthma and we could not get out because we are both disabled and the only room available was on the second floor accessible only by steps after a long phone conversation your colleague moved us to a more suitable hotel while she tried to sort a villa out for us after 4 days of phone calls and holding on the line for considerable long periods of time your representative asked me to chose a different villa i was then told that we would have to pay approx. £10,000 before the alternative villa could be booked as we are in our seventies and both disabled this amount of money on top of the amount already paid for the original villa was not achievable as we are both on pensions because we had to leave the hotel that that you had booked for us for two days whi

Nettes Ferienhaus

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. Der Strand direkt am Haus ist leider sehr steinig 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man jedoch einen süßen Sandstrand. Vermieter war immer gut zu erreichen.
