The 150 m² living accommodation is distributed on a single floor with a living room, a glazed terrace with a bright and sunny dining area and a space for reading. A complete bathroom with shower, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a double bed.

The villa has a beautiful, spacious Mediterranean garden. The pool has built-in stairs, and sunbeds for sunbathing, a wooden pergola and a work with a table for several diners with a built-in outdoor gas barbecue and a courtesy toilet to service the pool. Next to the toilet of the pool you will also find a small washing machine room with a small fridge.

On the plot of the villa there is space for a vehicle inside.

It is located in a residential area and ideal for families. It is located 1 km from the golf club, 2.5 km from supermarket and restaurants, 3.8 km from Moraira and Moraira beach 6 km from La Fustera beach in Benissa.

Estancia fuera de la casa, la piscina agua estupenda, En la casa le faltaría el aire acondicionado, hay ventilador en techo pero no es suficiente mucha calor, está en un lugar muy abajo la casa situada aunque muy tranquila en familia, para andar es complicado por que todo es cuesta y teniendo que ir por un lado sin acera y teniendo mucho cuidado con los coches, para tirar basura bastante retirado, el chalet le haría falta un poco reforma por estar todo bastante antiguo, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Gardens were well kept lovely established plants. Well equipped kitchen everything you could need, lots of places to sit, great BBQ. Handover of keys great lovely staff at Guzman. There’s was nothing to explain about where to put rubbish or recycling when full. Or info on the area

Bonne location. Beaux et agréables extérieurs. Bon état intérieur. Chambres agréables. Salles de bains correctes. Cuisine bien équipée. Attention au vis-à-vis avec la villa située au-dessus.
