Dear Helena, We apreciate your feedback about your stay in our apartment, and we are trully sorry that you had these inconveniences during your stay. But also once we got to know about this problems, we offered you a stay in another brand new apartment in other location, away from the construction work, but your decision was not to move. Its true, that there are some factors which we are not able to control and we are not informed about (for example a public construction work), and our responsability and work is limited and focused only to the apartment and the services we provide during the stay of our guests. Anyway we always try to find a solution for our guests to make their stay as confortable as possible, and we have 24/7 incident service which can be contacted any time in case the guests have some problems during their stay. About the AC as you could check during your stay, once you put in the correct mode it works perfectly. There’s a heating in every single stay (living rooms and bedrooms), so the apartment is really warm in a few minutes.
