Incredibly nice host, property is nicer than the pictures, very nicely decorated, comfy bed and neighborhood filled with restaurants and bars, subway a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again!

Great weeks holiday

Good location close to station and lots of restaurants and bars , it was very homely and well equipped . We loved our stay and would defiantly stay there again .

We stayed here for the Olympics and had a great time. Communication went smoothly through WhatsApp. Access was easy and the surrounding community was safe and friendly with lots of cute shops. A nice time!

Great for 2!

My friend and I stayed here for our recent trip to Paris and really enjoyed it! The check-in was great, with someone to meet us there. It was a fairly close walk to several Métro stations. The neighbourhood was lovely with several bakeries, brasseries, and cafés. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment

Wonderful apartment. Close to metro and restaurants and stores for essentials. Eclectic decor in apartment, not suitable for children. Good contact with Veronique, once it was established. One comment for this apartment and others we stayed in on our trip is that reliance on smart phones can be problematic for those of us who do not want roaming on our phones. Wonderful place to stay.

Flat great check-in late

We stayed here with 4 adults. The flat is as described. Very clean, well equipped. Very happy with our stay. The only the thing that was annoying was the waiting time for the check-in and the communication with the coordinator. We supplied them with our arrival time more than 2 weeks in advance and confirmed it 4 hours before arrival. We were told to be on time otherwise we would have to pay 30€. We were even early and ended up waiting for over 2 hours. Not acceptable!!!

Convenient hub to explore Paris

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and interesting. It was easily within walking distance to shops, bars, boulangerie, and restaurants. Additionally, several subway stations were within an easy walk, making the whole of Paris accessible. The only issue that was somewhat glitchy, was connecting with Véronique the very first time. We were only able to reach her on the WhatsApp, and the listing does not make that clear. However, once we connected with Veronique, she was super responsive and helpful.

Great place, poor communication

The only way to contact the agent to let you into the property is through WhatsApp. The listing does not tell you this. Also the property manager is not the same person as the agent. We told the agent we would be there at 4:30. She was there at 4 and left by the time we got there at 4:30, returning at 5:10, leaving us to wait outside with our bags. The apartment is just as stated in the listing. Clean and comfortable.

Customer Service Inefficiency

In January after booking the property I informed the booking agency we would arrive around 6:00 p.m. and was told fine. When we arrived at train station at around 4 p.m.and alerted onsite person we would be there as soon as possible we were told we were after the check in window. We we arrived at property around 5:30 p.m. we were told we were an hour and a half late and needed to pay 45 Euro late fee in cash only. When we turned over 50 Euro we were told no change and onsite resource took the 50 Euro. Nowhere on listing terms is there statement about late arrival fee. We feel this was a scam by onsite personnel and booking agent refuses to deal with the issue. This was very unprofessional and we will watch for this booking agent in the future.

Quirky apartment in a great area

We stayed in the “Ruisseau” apartment for 3 nights. Check in process was pretty smooth. I began communicating with Veronique via WhatsApp a few days before we arrived. She met us at the place to provide the keys. The neighborhood is wonderful. It isn’t near the main attractions but it is in a great, walkable area with tons of restaurants and shops. The apartment is just like the pictures show. It’s very cute, we liked the tiny balcony and flower boxes, but the apartment does have a lot of knickknacks that could probably use dusting. ONE MAJOR DRAWBACK is that the apartment has NO WIFI. The property manager said there should be a box somewhere with the network login info, but I never found it and Veronique wasn’t able to give any exact instructions. The apartment also does not have a dryer as mentioned in some of the other reviews. This was a drawback for us as we were kind of counting on being able to do laundry, but oh well. We still had a great time!

Communication was very poor with this place. We only received communication when we booked thru the WhatsApp. Tried to verify plans for arrival and we received no response. Someone did let us into the apartment but arriving in Paris we were worried we had no place to stay. Asked how we checked out they had no idea since we were given the only two keys. We never figured that out since we left during the middle of our stay. Apartment was very small and uncomfortable. No air so we had to leave the windows open. Neighborhood was very loud with people all night long with cigarette smoke entering into the apartment. Garbage men and street sweepers would come thru at 2 am and people would race their cars down the street at high speeds. We barely slept the whole 6 nights we were there. Neighborhood was sketchy. We would get off the 4 metro line and saw lots of drug deals going on the corners and there was always a lot of police activity. Not something I really want to see while on vacation. We would have sucked it up for the whole 10 days however on our 6th night when taking a shower it started to leak out from under the shower (it was on a platform) and flooded the bathroom. Had to cancel our plans to go to Strasburg the next day because of this and when we did get ahold of the property management team they wanted us to wait around all day for the plumber. We were done, we packed our things up and moved to a hotel. We lost a lot of money over this place and it ruined our Paris trip

balades bords de Seine, notre dame de Paris, tour Eiffel, découverte en ballon au parc Citröen, coulisses du grand rex, spectacle le Roi Lion, les nombreuses marches de Montmartre à monter et à descendre ...Un peu fatigant pour 2 jeunes retraités mais un ado ravi !

Great apartment

First, Veronique was extremely helpful, arriving a little early to check us in. She reviewed the amenities with us and made sure everything was working properly. The apartment is like a home. We were comfortable. It is in the neighborhood we wanted to be yet a couple blocks off the hustle and bustle of Paris, so not noisy. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
