"Villa Primula" is a brand new apartment with a separate entrance, ideal for a pleasant stay on Lake Como in complete freedom and relaxation.
Equipped with private garden, three terraces with stunning panoramic views of the two branches of Lake Como, one with a private Jacuzzi; conditioned air; can accommodate up to 5 adults plus a child; includes double bedroom with cot on request, n. 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room;
bathroom with extra large bath and shower; fully equipped kitchen, equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.
55-inch HD-3D TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi internet connection. Fi free. Private parking space.
The structure is a few cars from the town center (10/15 min walk).

Noris was a great host and the property was just as described. The villa is quite uphill from town (not a surprise) but it was very walkable to get to and from the charming city center of Bellagio. Villa had everything that we needed.

We absolutely LOVED our time here! The views are even better than the photos and the hot tub was divine! Great to have AC because it was hotter than normal. Niris was beyond lovely and even willing to mail back a bunch of our clothes we left! Can’t wait to go back! Grazie Noris!

Breathtaking Lake Como Views

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming home overlooking Lake Como! We enjoyed the hot tub while watching the sun set over the Lake. There’s a cafe, pub and bakery nearby. We also walk into town and took the ferry to Verrano. We hope to come back someday!

Breathtaking view and great host

This property is amazing both inside and out. The view is exactly as the pictures show- absolutely stunning. Inside the apartment is very well equipped and spacious. Noris was a great host, gave us all the details we'd need and was very nice and helpful in my many notes to her as we were having issues getting to the property. This property would be best with a rental car as the transportation to Bellagio is a bit challenging. On the morning of our departure we tried to take the bus but it only ran every 90 minutes then called 10 taxis and none could take us so we ended up having to walk 1.5 miles with our luggage. This is in no way a reflection on the property, it is just something to note! I would definitely stay here again - the hot tub at the end of a long day walking was incredible- thank you so much to the great hosts.

magnifiek uitzicht op het Comomeer

De vakantiewoning is fantastisch gelegen net buiten centrum van Bellagio op een heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht op het Comomeer. Volledige privacy ondanks dat de eigenaars erronder wonen. Huis is van alle comfort voorzien. Goede airco en wifi. Bedden zijn aangenaam. Bellagio is heel gezellig om 's avonds iets te gaan eten of rond te kuieren in het centrum. ( 2 min met de auto - gratis parkeren ). Eigenaars zijn heel correct. Nog wel een tip voor de eigenaar: wat het verblijf nog aangenamer zou maken is een buitendouche in de warme maanden om even op te frissen tijdens het zonnen :-) . het kan er behoorlijk warm worden in de zomermaanden.
