Beautiful and large home in the heart of Como. We had 4 of us traveling together- 1 couple and 2 singles and there was ample space for all of us and the convenience of the location couldn’t be beat. The views of the lake and access to the different neighborhoods and restaurants was excellent.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The views of the lake are incredible and the location truly could not be any better. We arrived at Como Nord Lago train station and it was an extremely easy, few minute walk to the apartment. Keys were picked up easily just down the street with clear directions provided in the welcome packet. Having a lift is such a nice treat in Europe when traveling with heavy luggage. The apartment is expansive and we enjoyed as much time as possible on the terrace while still adventuring around the lake. The ferry port is directly across the street making it easy to jump in line for tickets first thing in the morning and departing on time to get anywhere you'd like around the lake. We departed from San Giovanni train station which was also a very convenient and easy walk even with luggage and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this apartment and this host company!

Points forts : l’emplacement, la vue, des pièces spacieuses et lumineuses, la propreté. Points faibles : les photos du salon ne correspondent pas avec la réalité et laissent espérer un logement fraichement rénové. Mais, on trouve un mobilier vétuste, défraichi : meubles détériorés, d’autres fortement usés ou négligés. Des volets qu’on ne peut pas descendre et absence de rideau pour obscurcir. Un des lits doubles avec une très mauvaise literie Mais aussi, une machine à laver devant la cuvette du wc dans une sdb très étroite quand elle aurait une place idéal en cuisine à l’emplacement des poubelles de tri trop nombreuses qui pourraient être gardées dans les placards vides de la cuisine. Dommage ! Il ne faudrait pas trop investir car si bien certains meubles sont irrécupérables et pas nécessaires, d’autres pourraient être restaures a bas cout
