This spacious 6 bedroom villa with two pools is located in the Encosta do Lago, Quinta do Lago, near the lake. It benefits from a outside pool so as a heated indoor pool, WiFi internet, turkish bath, sauna and more. Guests of the property can also use the communal facilities of the Encosta do Lago resort.

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, plasma TV (Sky, Lazer channels, Sky Sports) and DVD player. A dining room connects the living room and kitchen and also leads to the barbeque area with beautiful views over the Quinta do Lago estate. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including two American Style fridges and ovens. The separate laundry room houses the washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

On this level there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds with adjacent bathroom.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin bedroom on this floor with en-suite bathroom.

On the lower ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Also on this level is an indoor swimming pool (heating of the indoor pool is included in rental price), gym, steam room (available for an extra cost of €350 per week, always on request), cross trainer and sauna. The gym equipment includes running machine, cycle, power-plate, rowing, step, and TV. A steam room is available for a supplemental charge..

Outside there is a large pool (not heated), garden, barbeque and plenty of garden furniture. This holiday villa is located within walking distance of Quinta do Lago beach.

Guests can enjoy all the facilities of Encosta do Lago including free access to communal pool, free access to tennis courts, gym, discount at Tuscanos restaurant. Within walking distance is the lake at Quinta do Lago. Here you will find watersports and two restaurants. A short drive to Quinta do Lago's beach with miles of golden sand and the popular Gigi's restaurant. Quinta do Lago Plaza with it's bars, restaurants and boutiques is a short drive away.

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival
