Apartment on the 2nd floor (3rd equivalent) fully equipped overlooking a quiet street, opposite villas with gardens and a few meters from the huge Ribes Rotges beach (Villanova). The historic center is accessible on foot (in 15 minutes) - a car park is nevertheless available to holidaymakers in the building.
Kitchen open to the living room, with direct access to balcony (sea view) on one side and large terrace on the other, also living space, with open view and sea view at an angle.
Three bedrooms, two of them equipped with air conditioners
Flat screens in the living room and the parental bedroom.

Beste Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und praktisch aufgeteilt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Villenviertel der Stadt. Zum Strand und zur Rambla sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Tägliches Fitness-Programm inklusive, da die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt. Etwas kompliziert ist das Ausparken, aber besser ein enger Stellplatz als keiner! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit der Familie!

Ottima vacanza

Appartamento pulito e bene arredato, adatto per 4/5 persone situato in una zona molto tranquilla, ma a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Vilanova ,simpatica cittadina vicina a Sitges e Barcellona. Peter è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni che gli abbiamo chiesto e molto professionale nell'organizzare il nostro check-in. Viaggiando in auto abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio riservato ed anche il grande terrazzo dove abbiamo consumato i nostri pasti godendoci il fresco del mare. Quindi consigliamo sinceramente questo appartamento a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una bella vacanza in Spagna !

Appartement très bien situé quartier résidentiel de Vilanova. L'appartement est tres agréable et tres bien équipé . Après plusieurs locations en Esapagne, première fois qu'il n'y a pas besoin de compléter l'équipement. Petit conseil à Péter il faudra peut être prévoir la rénovation du salon sur la terrasse. La proximité immédiate de la plage est un bonheur. Nous reviendrons chez Péter avec plaisir.

Wonderful stay !

First of all, we would like to thank the owner, Peter, for the quality of the communication. The apartment is just perfect, at only 1 min walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, 5 min to reach la Rambla, Vilanova's main walking shopping street. The terrace is amazing, the apartment is quiet, very nicely decorated with air conditioning. The parking place is also a very positive point in this neighborhood. We will come back for sure, and higly recommend Peter's place !

Summer vacation in Vilanova I la Geltrú

Fabulous apartment with perfect position close to the great beach Ribes Roges and with great modern standard. A big plus for all quick and accurate correspondence with the owner. Our stay could not have been better!!

Great apartment in a very good location

The apartment is in excellent location and it is very well maintained. We had a very nice stay. Peter was very patient with us Canadians, while I had some issues with my account to pay the deposit. The apartment is well equipped and everything was working. We weren't scared to damage anything as all furniture and equipment were robust. The street is quiet, unusual for Spain. Overall a very good stay and we won't hesitate returning.

Toll ausgestattetes Apartment, super Lage zum Strand, Promenade, Zentrum & Bahnhof. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt genossen (4 Erwachsene & 1 Kind), und können es weiterempfehlen. Perfekte Organisation seitens des Vermieters & und sehr unkompliziert.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.

This apartment is in a great spot, only a minute's walk from the beach and very close to a good selection of bars and restaurants on the sea front, but was still very quiet. Vilanova i la Geltru is a great holiday destination with a great beach, not too busy, and a very shallow incline into the sea so is safe for young kids. It has a great Rambla too about 10 mins walk from the apartment and there is a great buzz about it in the evenings. Peter is a great host, nothing is too much trouble, and the apartment is very well equipped, the photos don't do it justice. The bedding and towels provided were great quality and the air conditioning was very welcome too. The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and well maintained. We really loved our holiday and the location and facilities in the apartment were a big reason for this. We would not hesitate to return to Vilanova I La Geltru for a holiday and if we did Peter would be our first call if looking for accommodation.

Comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully located

We can highly recommend this flat which was exactly as described. The owner was efficient, friendly and prompt in all dealings involving the booking and payments. What the description doesn't prepare you for is the beauty of the view from the balcony. It looks over the trees and gardens of villas on the opposite side of the road and is very relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was to find that the kitchen is extremely well-equipped with cooking utensils and appliances to cater for eight to ten people, and crockery, cutlery and glasses to match. If eating out there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Ones which we enjoyed are the bar in the Mercat for delicious simple meals, the "Girandillo" is one of our favourites also "Cal Puput" in calle Santa Madrona and "L'Arengada" in Carrer dels Terrissaires. Go to the museums. They are all well worth visiting.

Great apartment, nice owner

I have been the second time in Peter's Apartment; always in winter time. And if I may I will always come back - I think THAT says more than words. In this time of year a heating is needed - and it works very well. Everything is as described. If there are any problems the owner is always ready to help.

Wonderful!

The apartment is beautiful, the position is amazing, the owner is very helpful. Appartamento molto bello, completo di tutto il necessario. Posizione comodissima a meno di 100 metri dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi. Parcheggio interno. Il wifi funziona perfettamente. Ideale per una vacanza di completo relax, ma anche per visitare Barcellona (meno di un’ora sia in auto che in treno), Tarragona e le colline del Penedes. Peter, il proprietario è preciso e puntuale, tutte le indicazioni via mail sono complete. Spero di riuscire a tornare, penso che ad aprile e maggio sia fantastico.

Vilanova Apartment

This is a spacious, very well equipped apartment with a great outside space. It is in a lovely area, very close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Peter is extremely helpful and responded to our needs very promptly. He is an excellent host.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Strand- und Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, 5 Minuten zu den Ramblas und auch das Zentrum mit unzähligen Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell erreicht, für Touren nach Barcelona, Sitges... Für uns 5 war genügend Platz, die Betten superbequem, die Terrasse sehr groß, Geschirr und alles genügend vorhanden für eine Familie mit drei Kindern. Sehr schön auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, das Strandequipment, der Kaffeeautomat, die Klimaanlagen und vieles andere mehr. Sehr angenehm verlief auch der gesamte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A great place to spend your vacation in Spain!

Peter´s apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is spacious, good location next to the sea and with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, a glass of wine or just relax! We were a party of 5 and we stayed there during one week in August and we will definitely rent it again!

Super modern apartment close to the beach

Our family of four all loved Peter's lovely apartment. It's close to town and the beach so we didn't need a car (first time ever!). The balcony is very large and the BBQ means you can dine outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Peter is extremely helpful and responsive. Could not fault it.

A wonderful apartment

This was a last minute booking for us, and we were lucky to find such a lovely apartment as there had been a cancellation. The apartment was spacious, clean & modern, with lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen, in fact everything you needed to make a relaxing holiday. We loved the large balcony, with the blinds to give us shade when we needed it. The apartment was in a very quiet side street with no traffic. It was great to be able to have an early morning swim at the beautiful beach just across the road, and only 5 minutes walk to all the tapas restaurants and many bars. It was good to have secure parking, so we could leave the car and walk out in the evenings. Communication with Peter was excellent from start to finish. He gave us plenty of useful information about the apartment. All in all everything for a perfect holiday. Thoroughly recommend

Ruhige Lage, 3min zum Strand, super Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem schönen und vor allem sehr ruhig gelegenen Appartement (Seitenstr. zur Strandpromenade). Perfekt ausgestattete Küche (hier kocht der Eigentümer selbst), bequeme Betten (ich glaube z.T. mit Überlänge) und vor allem eine Heizung, da es im März doch noch recht kühl war. Peter ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr am Wohlergehen seiner Gäste interessiert , alles ist perfekt organisiert. Und auf eine Nachfrage hin hat Peter sich sofort telefonisch gemeldet. Die Wohnung hat Herz und man fühlt sich super wohl. Toll ist das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Morgensonne und der Blick auf die schönen alten Villen gegenüber. Zum Strand geht man 3 Min, in die Altstadt sind es auch nur ca. 10 min. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank Peter.

Great appartment at 100m from sea

This appartment is very well located : you can forget the car for the whole journey, as everything is in the area. The air conditioning is very much appreciated in summer period !! Free wifi is also great ! The owner of the appartment is sympatic. I will certainly rent it again.

What a fantastic apartment, complemented by a fabulous balcony to breakfast on & enjoy the morning sun. The location is just perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from an amazing beach with the most glorious fine golden sand & beautiful shallow sea, just perfect for children. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the apartment & Vilanova. Peter was brilliant to deal with from start to finish & really made sure we had everything we needed. I would encourage anyone to rent this apartment & enjoy a lovely part of the real side of Spain.

Spacious,well equipped most convenient

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment in Vilanova. We loved the fact that Vilanova is still more authentic of the real Spain and had we had far to manyTapas. We did day trips to Barcelona which is a fantastic city at any times and to Sitges were we also had a great day. The apartment could not be any better for its location. Close to the very nice beach. Convenient to the Ramblas in walking distance to the Train station. Everything you need and more is in the apartment. It was very clean and towels had been provided which I found a bonus. The apartment was very spacious, bright and felt nice .I loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine. The only sad thing was that we only had 1 week there. Brilliant for location, space and interior

We did day trips to Barcelona which is a fantastic city at any times and to Sitges were we also had a great day. The apartment could not be any better for its location. Close to the very nice beach. Convenient to the Ramblas in walking distance to the Train station. Everything you need and more is in the apartment. Loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine.
