Gated Beach House w/BOTH Beach & Bay Access, Sleeps 14

We manage all our properties personally, so you'll always be talking directly to the owner when you work with us, and we take great pride in giving you the best vacation experience possible! In case you need a smaller option, you can find our other property at VRBO 1438979.

Enjoy Beach and Boating access, and all the other amenities at our luxury beach house in the gated community of Palm Harbor. Neighborhood amenities include a pool and clubhouse with outdoor restrooms, tennis courts, a full marina access to boat parking if needed, fishing, sidewalks and little to no traffic and direct beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street at The Palms condominium.

Palm Harbor is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach, 10 minutes from the Foley Beach Expressway, and a 3 to 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery shopping. Our marina provides daily boat mooring with Cotton Bayou connecting you to the adjacent waterways from Orange Beach to Perdido Key and beyond.

For your trip to the beach we provide beach chairs, two large beach carts, umbrellas and toys for the kids. We also have tennis rackets, a ping pong table, outdoor grill, picnic table downstairs and a quiet neighborhood environment to enjoy your vacation.

Along with these neighborhood amenities, enjoy our newly renovated beach home. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan with full size dining table, wrap around sectional and additional seating in the living room.

Downstairs we have 1 king bedroom with a 43 inch Smart TV. Upstairs we have 1 additional king bedroom with a 43 inch Smart TV, a bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks with memory foam mattresses to sleep 8 very comfortably, also with a 43 inch Smart TV. And our fourth bedroom is the master suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and 55 inch TV.

Both floors have wrap around decks with Trex furniture, seating and side tables so you can enjoy the view of the tennis courts or pool which is adjacent to our property.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. The four bedrooms had plenty of space, comfortable beds and we loved the living room where we could all sit around talk and watch the little ones play. My 83 year old mom loved having a bedroom on the 2nd floor. We will stay here again!

Family getaway!!! 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 toddlers!

Great stay overall! House and pool was great. Walk to the beach was short but stressful, we had to cross a very busy road and the only other option was to pay $10 for parking per day. Short drive to lake, restaurants, and shopping.

Amazing Getaway at One Particular Harbor

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just what we were looking for right off the beach and close to all of our favorite spots. The house had plenty of space for our group of friends, and the large living room made it easy for all of us to relax and hang out together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the abundance of beach chairs available for us to use. On top of that, the host was super helpful and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach home

This is a beautiful beach home, close to the pool and tennis courts. We loved that there was plenty of parking with no additional fees. Our only concern was crossing the very busy 4 lane highway to get to the beach. Getting stuck in the middle turn lane with small children was very nerve wracking. We had a great stay and the owner was verry attentive!

Lovely Orange Beach

Overall, we had a lovely week at this location. Two things to note, the bicycles were not usable, the main road that you have to cross in order to get to the beach is extremely busy 4 lanes of traffic, especially with all your beach gear and small children. The house was very nice and clean and in good order. The pool was small but nice enough to hang out there now and again.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful and well maintained home that is very accommodating. The host, Jason, is so attentive and makes sure your needs are met. The walk across the street can be a little dicey but this rental is worth every penny. We had 9 people with us and there was plenty of room to spread out and have alone time. The pool and the pier are also incredible. Thank you for making my birthday week stress free!

Property is just as described and I would’ve given all 5’s except the road to cross to the beach is very busy and at times a little dicey to cross. Would be great if there was a cross walk closer than Cotton Bayou. But still didn’t stop us from going to the beach every day with all our gear. Jason is super responsive and amazing to deal with. Guys Trip

Wow, this was a really nice property! We came down for a quick fishing trip this week and were looking for somewhere that our whole party could stay (6 guys) and that had a marina/boat slip. This was the perfect setup. Marina was one of the nicest we've used in OBA for a neighborhood, boat slip was perfect for our needs and they had a nice cleaning station, sinks etc. House had king beds in all the rooms, and the Queen bunks were awesome, everyone got their own bed. Furnishings were very nice and kitchen was well stocked, but we went out and ate mostly, several restaurants right close by and Publix is 5 minutes away by the Expressway. Jason, the owner, was super quick to answer all our questions and very helpful. We're planning a family trip for the summer and I think this will be our new spot. Downstairs garage is loaded with vacation toys - kayaks, bikes, beach toys, etc and the beach is directly across the street. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Beach Home

Jason's house was absolutely perfect for our week long family beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and two children. Lots of time spent at the beach (right across the street) or relaxing by the pool. Spent a lot of time running, walking, and biking in the State Park which is very close to the home as well. Hope to make it back sometime soon to stay again at Jason's wonderful home.

Dream home

We loved our home and location. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a pool and tennis courts right in the back yard. We chose not to use the "private beach" access because you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic to get there. We found a quiet beach down the road and set up there. We had a couple of issues while we were there but the owner was prompt in a response and did what he could to make things right. We were a little bummed about not having kayaks so we could explore the bay but there are so many things to do it didn't really impact our experience. The house is very clean and has almost everything you could want. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including tupperware for leftovers. Pro-Tip - make sure you bring household consumables (trashbags, foil, ziplocks, tp, laundry and dish detergent, etc.)

Property is as advertised and in excellent condition. Beach toys, chairs, etc that came with property are a nice touch; the kids loved playing in the garage and riding around the neighborhood.
