Splendid independent villa immersed in the Salento countryside, surrounded by olive trees, located in Torre Pali, Marina di Salve. At about 1.5 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento, the house consists of a triple and two doubles, an additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, veranda on both sides of the house, outside shower and small pool . La Villetta is also equipped with the basic comforts such as washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, brickwork barbecue and parking. Free WIFI.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Danilos place, it is located ideally close to the beaches. Danilo is super helpful and went beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings in the garden area, and the pool was lovely for the kids in the afternoon. Highly recommend this vila! Thank you

Great place with everything you need

Thank you for a great summer vacation 2023! The house is beautiful, well equipped and with the pool exactly the right thing for the hot Italian summer. Danilo provides a charming service. We had a great time and can definitely recommend this place!!

The house was perfect with so much outdoor space. We loved the rural setting, giving us privacy but close to beaches. Loved the sea view! Danilo was so helpful, bringing us an umbrella for the beach and helping us sort a slight car emergency! We had a fantastic week here

Relaxing and quiet

Danilo and his family are very kind and polite. The house is quite big, especially for this price, there is enough place for 6+ people. The location is perfect, near the Maledives of Salento and the beautiful city Santa Maria de Leuca. Still, the area is very quiet with a beautiful landscape.

Super beliggenhed i et roligt kvarter med direkte havudsigt. 2 rigtigt gode soveværelser og et mindre børneværelse. Lille men funktionelt køkken. Udeområderne er fantastiske. Pool’en er ikke særlig stor hvis alle skal i på samme tid! God dialog med værten Danilo som reagerede hurtigt på alle vores henvendelser.

Wir sind gerade zurück aus unserem wunderbaren Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und auch der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und ruhig gelegen.Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber zum Abkühlen ausreichend.Wir sind ca. 5km weiter an den Strand Torre Mozza gefahren, toller feiner Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser.Danilo ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir, 2 Paare, hatten Ende September einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Danilo. Besonders toll war die Kommunikation mit Danilo. Wir haben schon oft Ferienwohnungen gebucht, aber so unkompliziert und schnell war keine Kommunikation und Hilfe. Ein kleines Manko war, dass um diese Zeit Torre Pali fast ausgestorben war, aber dafür können die Vermieter nicht. Man musste ein bisschen weiter fahren, um z.B. ein Restaurant zu besuchen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien.

Familienurlaub 2023

Sehr nettes Haus, ideal mit Kindern, aufgrund des privaten kleinen Schwimmbades und den großzügigen Räumlichkeiten. Sehr gute Lage wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Wunderbare verschiedene Sandstrände innerhalb von 3 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danilo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Come essere a casa

È stato come essere a casa propria, i proprietari molto molto gentili (io ho sempre parlato con Danilo, il figlio) abbiamo avuto un piccolo problemino con le chiavi e sono venuti subito a sistemare. La casa è molto carina, noi eravamo in 8, forse un po’ troppi, secondo me è perfetta per 5/6 persone. Le camere da letto sono 3 (dotate tutte di aria condizionata) due molto spaziose una un po’ più piccolina. Per andare in cucina, da una delle camere grandi, si deve passare per la camera più piccola oppure dall’esterno. I bagni sono 2, entrambi con doccia, uno bello ampio e l’altro piccolino e non è proprio pratico per farsi la doccia. Per questo a mio avviso è più comodo essere in 5/6. Ci sono due terrazze esterne, una davanti dove c’è la piscina, il grill e le sdraio e una sul retro con un salottino e la tv. La connessione Wi-Fi funziona solo nella terrazza sul retro. Noi abbiamo usato molto entrambe le terrazze. Il giardino e’ molto grande, e ha una bellissima veduta sul mare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia davanti ci vogliono 2/3 minuti in macchina, e per raggiungere le Maldive del Salento 7/8 minuti.

Perfect holiday retreat in quiet location

Have just returned from a 2 week stay in Torre Pali. The house was perfect; clean, well equipped, spacious, air conditioned and in a good location, as we were getting away for 2 weeks and had no major plans. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as the nicer beaches are about a 10 minute drive away. It is possible to walk down to the beach at Torre Pali, but the beach is not the best! We preferred Torre Vado, as it is geared towards families with several shops, restaurants and small fun fair which opens in the evening. The sunbed hire is a lot cheaper here than other beaches such as Lido Tropicale. The closest good supermarket (Euro Spin) is about a 15 minute drive away. There is a smaller one in Torre Pali but it's not as well equipped and is a little pricier. The whole property is air conditioned, which was ideal as we went at the height of summer. The pool may appear to be small but is perfect for children to play and for adults to have a dip to cool down. We spent all our time outdoors and didn't miss not having a living room or watching TV! There is a TV at the front of the house but we rarely watched it. The kitchen is well equipped to cook family meals. From the moment we booked, Danilo was always available providing advice and helping us to arrange excursions and car hire! Without him we would have been lost! He and his family were so accommodating before and during our stay. We could not have asked for better hosts! They even came out and changed the pool water during our stay. There is wifi at the property but it is only available at the front. This wasn't an issue for us as we had plenty of data between us to use during our stay. We went away hoping to get away from it all and switch off, which we were able to do successfully here! Thank you to Danilo and his family!
