Large HEATED outdoor pool - this 2 bedroom/2 bath PRIVATELY OWNED vacation condo is steps away from world famous, breathtaking Siesta Beach - consistently VOTED #1 BEST BEACH IN THE USA year after year! This condo is nicely situated on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, providing wonderful cross-breezes all day long! The screened lanai provides spectacular Gulf coast views.
Main bedroom has a king size bed with desk area. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. New bed linens and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom has a spacious private bath and large walk-in closet. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and many extras (blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) - granite counter-tops! Iron and ironing board, hair dryers for your convenience.
Cable television in living room and both bedrooms. DVD, VCR, and stereo system. WIRELESS INTERNET for your convenience. Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler are available, free of charge.
Crescent Royale amenities include heated outdoor swimming pool with patio and lounging areas right outside condo entrance, and state of the art fitness room. Game room with pool table, lending book library. Private car port with dedicated parking space right at condo entrance. Elevator. Shuffleboard. Tennis courts and playground minutes from complex.

The condo had everything we needed plus! Having a pack and play already there was a life saver. Condo was clean and in a great location directly across from beach. Highly recommend this property.

Siesta Key Getaway

Great vacation rental! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to everything. Very easy check in/check out procedure and the owner was responsive when needed. We loved being across from the beach, close to restaurants/bars, shopping, downtown etc… perfect place for us and we hope to stay again next year!

The condo was perfect for us on our family vacation. The beach was super easy to get to. We loved having the chairs and beach toys easily accessible. The condo was nice and clean and the screened in lanai was perfect to relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, location and amenities were excellent. The plumbing/faucets need to be checked and fixed as there are some minor issues with kitchen sink and toilet but these were minor issues. We’ll be back again

Vacation condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Condo was clean, had great amenities and good location. It even came with all the supplies for the beach, which was a huge plus! Even though we enjoyed our stay at this condo, the other condo owners that were there were not as friendly. They even made us feel unwelcome when using the amenities such as the pool, grills & shuffleboard area. Overall a great stay & would recommend visiting siesta Key!

Amazing!

We were celebrating (2) milestone birthdays this year 70 & 50. We were looking for some place close to the beach, we found it. There were a couple of small hiccups but Evan responded super fast, not only provided recommendations but also fixed an issue with the ac. We were super happy, had a great time. Great Spring Break

We loved your condo and had a great time in Siesta Key. Thank you! The only thing that was a bummer to us was that we didn’t realize there was a locker on our floor with beach items to use. We ended up renting them everyday. It was our fault for not reading it more thoroughly. But no complaint to you at all.

We love crescent royale and loved the location of this unit. Easy access to parking and super quiet. The end unit also means that it has extra windows so more light. Super Tommy living area. The bunks in the second bedroom were a great alternative to just one bed. Reached out to Evan and got helpful responses quickly. Much appreciated.

Debbie came for a visit

First impression when we walked into the condo was WOW this is really nice. All the rooms were very clean. Beach is just a walk across the road. Location, perfect! Evan is quick to return emails and text. He sent a message that the condo was available a few hours earlier which was really nice of him. We arrived the day before tropical Debbie did. Never experienced anything like that. We had a great vacation and planning the next one with Evan.
