Steps to Barton Springs Pool

Fully furnished condo just south of downtown Austin, an easy walk to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, and the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Very convenient to downtown and the shopping and restaurants on South Lamar and South First. Surrounded by trees, three outdoor patios create additional living space not included in the listed square footage. The unit is split between the second and third (top) floors of the building, so there are no upstairs neighbors.

You enter on the second floor, which contains the kitchen, living/dining area, half bath, and laundry. The two bedrooms and full bath are on top floor.

Cooking: the kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, measuring cups, mixing bowls, food storage, and other gadgets you need for cooking, as well as a full set of dishware and silverware. It's even stocked with appliances like a blender, rice cooker, and popcorn popper!

Entertainment: a Roku stick on the 50" TV allows you to access all of your streaming services, while a digital antenna provides major broadcast networks. Reliable high-speed internet from Spectrum is included with the unit.

Remote Work: the second bedroom comes equipped with a desk, chair, and external monitor, making it an idea space to set up for video calls or to get some work done. Pull out the spare desk chair from the coat closet and the alcove in the living room transforms into a second workspace.

Resting: both beds are equipped with Tempur-pedic mattresses, and the unit is stocked with extra sets of bed linens, additional pillows, and blankets/throws. The daybed in the second bedroom can be arranged as a couch or twin bed.

Outdoors: three balconies provide additional space not included in the square footage. The covered balcony off the living room has a table for six, making it the ideal space to eat or entertain outside. The secondary bedroom has a large balcony with a comfortable daybed for relaxing outdoors, while the primary bedroom has a smaller balcony equipped with a bench. Lots of trees provide unexpected privacy in these outdoor spaces. In addition you'll have shared access to a common area with a pool, hot tub, and charcoal grills. The unit is stocked with pool towels.

Laundry & Extended Stay: a full-size washer and dryer are just off the kitchen, and the laundry closet is stocked with cleaning essentials including a cordless vacuum, swiffer mop, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies.

Storage: the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothing and includes hangers, while the second bedroom has a standard closet. The coat closet has space for your jackets, and a storage closet off of the second bedroom's balcony has non-temperature controlled space to store any items you might want to keep with you.

Please note that due to this unit's location near the greenbelt and among the trees, wildlife will be present. Squirrels will come onto the balconies and steal food you leave out. In addition, you may see the occasional palmetto bug in the unit during the drier summer months.
