Quiet beach getaway

Great location on Kiawah Island. 5 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Quiet and relaxing. The condo is perfect for two. Clean and comfortable. Will use again if we go back.

A beautiful setting

If you are not a golfer but what the serenity of trees, birds, and the beach…this is the place for you. The furniture in the living/great room, while attractive is not at all comfortable. The sofa needs to be replaced because the cushions sink into the bed frame below. But everything you need for a relaxing stress free vacation is all there. Getting the tv to work was a challenge. If you use streaming platforms at home then you’re good. If you don’t, and I do not, just getting regular programming was a challenge. Perhaps written instructions might help.

Lovely condo on amazing Kiawah

We so enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely little condo that felt like staying in a beautiful treehouse near the ocean! Well stocked kitchen and very comfy bed. Beach chairs were a great bonus and we used them to enjoy the beach from sunrise to sunset! Will definitely be back.

Anniversary

I loved that it had laundry detergent dish, detergent paper towels toilet paper dishwasher detergent and coffee filters all these items you need just a little so it is a hassle to buy them.

Lovely townhouse

Perfect little getaway

Perfect couples condo at Kiawah!

Shipwatch villas are great location at Kiawah. We had a short,(400 ft ),walk to beach and the beach wide and not crowded. We were 1.6 miles from grocery and restaurant’ s which was perfect. Condo has good bedding and is very comfortable. Tree view from living room was awesome. Kitchen good except coffeemaker not so good, leaked. This vila was a great value for Kiawah ! Highly recommend it would stay here again

Wouldn't describe as “lovely villa”

Older property. Clean but popcorn ceilings, sagging sofa and chipped wood and paint throughout. Poor lighting and sagging shower curtain rod. Overall, a depressing experience. Has definitely seen better days. Check in and out was fine. Very cramped layout.

Great area! We found a great golf course. Excellent variety of restaurants to choose from. Place was perfect size. There was an excellent supermarket to get groceries to cook as well.

Clean spacious villa- quick walk to the beach.

I was by myself and the West Beach villa was perfect- villa was clean, bathroom was updated and kitchen had everything needed for a few nights stay. Quick walk to the beach. Check in process was easy and they checked in with me often to make sure everything was satisfactory- would definitely stay there again!

Quiet winter getaway for 2

The unit was very clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. The Vacasa people sent texts to be sure everything was fine and when we needed help with the thermostat, someone actually came in person to adjust it for us. Biking on the beach was great (we brought our own bikes) and the Italian restaurant in Freshfields Village was excellent!

Awesome stay

Very clean, kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes and cookware- very good pots and pans. No rodent issues as some previous reviews years ago indicated. Would absolutely book this same unit again. Also, colored mood lighting was extremely underrated, we grew to really like it!
