Had a great stay in Barbara's Villa. It is warm and cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, bike paths right next to the building, and close enough to walk to the Night Heron Park/waterpark and the Nest Shop. Barbara is very responsive to any questions you may have, and truly a caring person, wanting her guests to have the best stay possible!

A wonderful condo in a prime location! The unit is well-kept, stocked and clean. You can't be the location, being one street back from the beach. Barb, the owner, is fantastic! We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was easy, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and the owner even left us a chilled bottle of wine because we were celebrating our anniversary! It is amazingly close to the beach, and we loved the ease of renting bikes and umbrella/chairs. Kiawah is gorgeous, and we look forward to a return stay!

The condo is located in a great location, very close to the beach and is in great proximity to everything else on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed while there. My husband and I found Kiawah on a drive from Pennsylvania to Florida headed to a vacation on Amelia Island with our two young kids. When we saw Kiawah, we cancelled Amelia and have been frequenting Kiawah ever since. We did stop by Amelia a few years ago and NO comparison. Kiawah is beautiful, minimal traffic, tons of bike trails, awesome beach, nice pools, lots of nature.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful Beach - rated one of the top in the world! Many activities for kids and adults, Tennis Courts and Golf Courses. Make sure to rent bikes and tour the island. Even when Kiawah is fully occupied, it never feels crowded. The landscape and wildlife at Kiawah is amazing.
