Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, the Bonlieu theatre, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover a renovated duplex apartment with the charm of the old, exposed beams and beautiful height under ceiling. The apartment is located Rue Sainte Claire which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen), the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm (Single), a cot is provided as well as a high chair.
Equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, linen will be provided for your stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi access. Mobile air conditioning and fans available.

⚠ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Attention, the apartment is duplex with a narrow staircase, it is not recommended for people with disabilities.

đŸ…żïž The nearest car park is the Sainte-Claire car park which is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it knew how to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

We absolutely loved staying here. Marvellous location, charming apartment, lovely facilities, clean and welcoming environment. The air-conditioning was a bit noisy and it would have been nice to have somehere to hang clothes in each room.Other than that it was an extremely comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom, comfortable lounge and well-appointed kitchen area. Above a boulangerie. Bliss.

Magical

Our four nights in Annecy were magical thanks to the location, quality and space of the apartment. Wonderful to just walk down the Rapunzel stone staircase to collect a couple of baguettes and fresh croissant at the bakery below. Absolutely charming. Anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs difficult . Other than that it was a magical place to stay with cafes and restaurants and ice cream galore on your doorstep. The backdrop of Annecy was gorgeous. Nice touches in the apartment with coffee capsules ready to use and excellent kitchen set up..I'd love to stay here again

La meilleure boulangerie d’Annecy au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, qu’est-ce qu’on peut souhaiter de plus? L’appartement est hyper-central, parfois un peu trop de bruit dans les rues les nuits en saison estival, mais autrement: spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©, hĂŽte sympa.

Stay in Annecy - Incredible Location!

The apartment in Annecy is spacious, well maintained and most importantly in an absolutely incredible location. It can be quite loud on the street but if you are visiting the city to enjoy a few nice dinners and drinks out then this should not be a problem. Fair warning, there is no shower, only a tub (with no plug) and a hand shower so it was very difficult for our group to use this without water getting all over the bathroom. My only real complaint is that we booked this apartment specifically because it had a fireplace but when we arrived we were told that the fireplace was out of order - something that I wish was shared beforehand. Overall it was a very good experience and I would happily stay here again next time we are in Annecy!

Lovely place with incredible location

The property was awesome for our two week stay in Annecy. Fresh food market right on the front doorstep, bakery right beside the front doorstep and amazing butcher 3 doors up. Location was also prime for lunch time walks by the lake, and walking to hikes or bike/car rentals for additional adventures. Absolutely loved our time.

Superbe logement atypique, idéalement situé.

Nous avons occupĂ© ce logement 3 jours, en Ă©tant uniquement 2 personnes. La piĂšce principale Ă  vivre est superbe, l'Ă©tage trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© pour passer de bonnes nuits. L'emplacement en plein cƓur du vieil Annecy, avec une boulangerie et le marchĂ© qui s'installe rĂ©guliĂšrement sont le vrai plus. Attention Ă  l'escalier mais au global un superbe logement atypique.

TrÚs bel appartement pour ce début de mois de septembre; Heureusement bien insonorisé. Les commerces sont en dessous .....bars et restaurants et le marché du vendredi matin, superbe; je pense qu'en été des petits refroidisseurs seront indispensables la nuit.... a voir avec le loueur meme si il y a un climatiseur portable en haut , mais il faudra ouvrir la fenetre pour évacuer l air chaud; Tres bien équipé j y ajouterai 3 plats en terres de différentes tailles pouvant aller aux fours (2) pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner; La chambre grand lit est tres bien mais la chambre à 2 petits lits supporterai des lits de 80 a 90 au lieu de lits de 60 de large; les matelas de ces lits enfants sont trés durs et pas confortables; Le wc est un sani broyeur...il ne faut pas avoir envi d aller aux toilettes la nuit sous peine de réveiller la maisonnée; l appartement était livré avec un demi rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 personnes pour 3 nuits heureusement vous pouvez en acheter en ville. je suis un peu étonné de voir une prise de courant à 30 cm de la baignoire? sinon tout était tres bien

On aime : La proximitĂ© plus qu'immĂ©diate avec le centre historique d'Annecy. Le style fusion moderne et ancien La cuisine Les attentions pour le CHAUD dans l'appartement L'accueil Le salon que notre fils a adorĂ© explorĂ© (10mois) Le Duplex, coin dodo coin yoyo La salle de bain pour papa, maman et bĂ©bĂ©. La tĂȘte de cochon pour y manger agrĂ©ablement On n'aime pas : Les toilettes du bas HS, en haut c'est du sani-broyeur qui fait un bruit monstre et fait trembler le sol Le tout qui grince, on n'y peut rien mais c'est vraiment chaud de marcher sur des Ɠufs pour ne pas rĂ©veiller bĂ©bĂ© Le CHAUD de l'appartement, bizarrement la tempĂ©rature monte trĂšs vite dans le salon Les multiprises en sĂ©rie, dĂ©formation professionnelle. Ce qui ne nous Ă  pas gĂȘnĂ© : L'escalier en colimaçon, certe bruyant mais j'ai assurĂ© avec mon fils dans les bras ça passe. La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du cƓur de ville avec troubadours Ă  la fenĂȘtre et marchĂ© tous les deux jours (au contraire on adore les rues vivantes) Pour conclure, on y reviendra car on a aimĂ© la ville et aimĂ© y vivre lĂ  oĂč on l'a vĂ©cu.

Difficile de dormir dans des matelas ou trĂšs mous ou trĂšs trĂšs durs ! De trĂšs mauvaises nuits.... L’escalier permettant d’accĂ©der Ă  l’étage est trĂšs Ă©troit et dangereux ! Pour les enfants, pour les personnes en surpoids voir un peu alcoolisĂ© On est content d’en partir au bout de jours AprĂšs il est idĂ©alement situĂ©, en pleine rue commerçante, trĂšs bruyant les fenĂȘtres ouvertes mais tellement de vie dans cette rue que pour quelques jours ce n’est pas dĂ©rangeant L’appartement est Ă©galement spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ© d’oĂč mon Ă©tonnement sur l’économie faite sur les matelas
