The main floor features another full bathroom, queen bedroom with deck access, deck with outdoor dining area and rocking chairs, and the spacious vaulted living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen is done in granite and stainless steel with a custom mosaic backsplash, plus has both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The ensuite king bedroom is up another flight of steps ensuring privacy and has it's own north and south facing decks. Together, these three separate decks gives your family the space you need to relax. All bedrooms boast a smart TV for your entertainment as well as ceiling fans in addition to the central air. Walking distance to restaurants and 50 yards to the promenade. Parking available for up to six cars. This house is "shore to please" your family, including your furbaby! Non smoking.
