Groundfloor in luxury villa near beach in the outskirts of Beruwela, Sri Lanka

The complete ground floor of our luxury villa, which is nestled in a quiet, lush, tropical garden of approx. 1000sqm at the outskirts of the Harbor town Beruwela, is for rent. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden.
Even though the villa was built in 2001, the ground floor was re-designed and refurbished in 2012. All appliances are new. We, myself a german national together with my wife, a Sri Lankan and our 19yrs old son are living in the first floor. We have a Great Dane and 2 local dogs which are watching over us and the property. They area all harmless to good people and children. The ground floor and the private garden are built in a way that the dogs cannot access, except you invite him. The bedrooms have direct access to the covered large veranda and the private garden. In the garden is a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin.
