You will love Carlo's Welcome in Trastevere and its fantastic location.
It is a lovely modern style furnished apartment located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is very cozy and comfortable, perfect for two but nicely livable also in 4 people.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and terrace.
We offer internet wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, DVD/music player, washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen and furnished with everything you need, free household linen and towels, final cleaning included.
Children are welcome: they can take advantage of dedicated accessories (pushchair, cot, high chair).
Carlo's Welcome in Trastevere is located among two famous beautiful parks (Villa Pamphili and Villa Sciarra) where people can relax or play sports.
It is hospitable and functional and the neighborhood offers many facilities: shops, a supermarket, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, a local characteristic market , the Vascello theater, banks, bakeries, pharmacy etc.
The apartment is very easy to reach; it is situated in Monteverde Vecchio, that is in Trastevere area, in a strategic position; infact it combines the quiet of this green area with its proximity to the heart of downtown.
The bus stop is near the house and so is the taxi service; who travel by car can find public free parkings and a paying garage just below the apartment.
In a few minutes walking is possible to reach the center of Trastevere (typical historical district full of nightlife), Porta Portese (with its typical sunday market), Testaccio (for nightlife), Gianicolo ;
Vatican is a little bit farer, but you can go there also by feet, having a nice walking through Gianicolo's park and its wonderful view of Rome. Other areas of cultural interest are reachable on foot and/or by public transport in few time.
Taking tram n° 8 (few min. walking) you can reach in less than 10 minutes the hearth of downtown where are located the most important monuments of Rome.
By bus n° 75 you can go to Termini and Ostiense station, the nearer metro station.
By bus n° 870 you can reach in few minutes Vatican and St.Peter's Basilica;.

To reach the apartment:
From Fiumicino airport take the train line FL1 (price € 8) up to Trastevere; buy the BIT ticket (cost € 1,5) and take linea 871 for 10 stops and get off at CARINI/BONNET stop; Following bus direction on via Carini, the 3rd street on the left is Via Maurizio Quadrio.
From Termini station buy the BIT ticket (cost € 1,5) and take the 75 bus line at Via Cavour bus stop (Poerio direction); get off after 25 stops at "CARINI/PILO". Following bus direction on via Carini, the 1st street on the left is Via Maurizio Quadrio.
From Ciampino airport you can take the "Terravision" bus (cost € 4) to Termini rail station and then follow the instructions above.
