THE SPACE

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is located a few minutes from Montmartre - Sacré Coeur. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also not a large number of famous monuments. The Gare du Nord train station is a few steps from the apartment which makes it very easy to access.

This apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet and nice courtyard. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great location!

Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 1). Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was nice but the overall shared space was a little small but worked since we were hardly there during the day. Apartment is decorated very modern but with aged furnishings (couch and flooring). The bathroom could use a good deep clean.

There were several positives about this apt but also some negatives. The location to transit was super conWe really liked the layout and size of the apt for our family group of 8. However, the apt was looking tired, particularly the very soiled couch and area rug.

Great location, nice bedrooms.

Located a few minutes from Gare to Nord (RER station to CdG) allows not only to get anywhere you want in Paris, but also across parts of France. Bedrooms are nice. Windows are looking into internal court, so you do not hear any noise from the street. Check-in and check-out process is simple and effective.

Great location with great host!

Super. Right next to the train station and there are always taxis and Übers right around the corner. A small grocery store with lots of places to eat right out the front door. Due to the building having 2 security doors and the windows are not on the Main Street we felt safe and it was quiet. Thanks again!

A beautiful apartment!

We stayed at this beautiful, secure apartment while visiting Paris with family. Communication with the property manger was seamless, we had a lot of questions and they were always answered in a quick manner. The apartment was clean and ready for us. It is very close to the train station (la Gare du Nord) with restaurants and places to by groceries near by.

Nice place

The retrieval of the keys was a little rocky but Carolina made up for it with her apology and a bottle of wine!! Might we suggest a different approach to this ie keyless entry etc.

Great value for a large group

Me, my siblings and some of their children (ages 12-24) were a group of 9 in need of a place for one night in Paris. This place was exceptional for our needs. We had some minor challenges with the check-in and actually getting to the right door (that may have been my problem, but a bit more description and pictures could have made it perfect). Other than that, the apartment's location, condition, size, layout and price all were what we needed or better. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. I stayed in Paris the previous year, and while that VRBO was also great, we were exceedingly pleased with this experience all around.

Great location

Great location, very safe with three doors of entry. One block from train station. Many restaurants around and grocery stores. Two bathrooms right next to each other. Two couches and a 8 seated dining room table. Four bedrooms with room to unpack. No microwave, WiFi v spotty and doesn’t work at all in the back bedroom. Outside lights of back bedroom off and on all night so bring an eye mask. Washer and dryer are the same unit and being in Europe it takes six hours to dry 😊

Easy Access to Metro

The Gare du Nord Metro station is less than a block from the property, which was a big plus! The apartment was safe and secure. 2 codes were needed to enter the courtyard, plus a key to open the apartment. 5 adults shared the apartment. Both bathrooms had toilets and showers. The apartment could use a good cleaning. The washer/dryer worked well once we YouTubed the instructions because the instructions that came with the apartment weren't accurate. Overall, we loved our visit to Paris and we were happy with our location choice.

Train station location

Being by any train station can be sketchy and this place was no different. The building was nextdoor to the train station. The building was old but the apartment was lovely. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. We were aware that Paris could get hot and the apartment did not have AC. Unfortunately the window in the living room that could provide a nice cross breeze was right by all the outdoor garbage area so the noise and smell from people’s garage prevented us from opening the window. Overall it was a great location for us. Found some wonderful restaurants nearby and if you are walkers like we were you could walk to almost every Paris sight montmartre being the closest. We enjoyed our stay.
