Great Spring Break Trip

We’ve stayed at 3 different locations in Madeira. This was by far the best! The owner is incredibly accommodating and the quality of the unit is fantastic. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future!

Great beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. The views of the gulf are beautiful. Pool area is on the small side but still nice. The beach is right on the other side of the gate and is very easy to make trips back and forth to the condo throughout the day. Madeira beach was quite busy during spring break but we enjoyed exploring the area as it was our first time visiting. Owners have high standards and keep in touch well.

Best Condo Ever!

My husband and I have been coming to this area for 5 years, and tried several different properties. This is by FAR the best condo we have ever rented. Everything was immaculate! All appliances worked; the beds/sheets were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything you could ever want, to cook in; the view is spectacular; and the condo amenities are perfect for us. Condo owners did a great job communicating, and followed up to insure we had everything we could possibly need. The pool Mtce. co. comes 3x each week, and the property custodian keeps all the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Crossing fingers that we can rent again next year!

Memory lane

I wanted to take my family to the same Madeira Beach / John's pass area that I vacationed with my parents. I was looking to stay in a more upgraded and better furnished / equipped condo than I stayed in years ago. This was the perfect fit. Anthony and Lidia made sure we had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean, comfortable, and we did truly have everything we needed. The corner balcony has beautiful oceanfront view as well as a view of the pool and a glimpse up Gulf Blvd. The corner balcony also has a cross breeze on hot days. Having 2 reserved parking spaces under building near beach access, stairs and elevator was extremely convenient. Being in walking distance to many local hot spots was a must for us, and we even walked to John's Pass. It was a great condo to stay in and show our kids the same awesome beach, restaurants and shops as my parents shared with us many years ago.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our visit to this condo fir one week. Anthony and Lidia were in touch before, during and as we were checking out. The beach and ocean front view was perfect! Great stay at the beach

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The condo was in great shape and the view was awesome. We got to see some dolphins on a couple of mornings sitting on the balcony. The owners are very responsive and do a great job of making sure you have a good trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view, delightful owners, super comfy condo

This property is smack dab on the beach. You just pop down the elevator and walk through the parking garage to the sand. It could not be easier. The patio is spacious with comfortable seating and extraordinary views. We watched folks fishing, paddleboarding, and playing while listening to the ocean sounds. The sand here is soft and the water turquoise and warm. The condo itself has comfortable seating (including a couple of recliners) and the best dishes and pots/pans I have ever had in a beach condo. You can really cook if you want to. The air conditioning worked great and there are ceiling fans for additional air circulation. Check-in was a breeze and there are shopping carts in the garage so you can make fewer trips. Check-out was similarly easy and there was NOT a long list of things to do upon checkout. You will certainly love Anthony and Lidia. We felt like a guest in their home and I honestly feel like we made new friends even though we never met. I even texted them pictures during our stay. We went with extended family and I would recommend this for condo for anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable stay.

Amazing Vacation Condo

The Condominium was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect fit for my wife and me, our son and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. The facility is directly on the beach which was exciting for the grandkids to enjoy the ocean every day. We loved the sunsets and all the great restaurants nearby.

This condo was great for our family. The condo was equipped with everything and the location was great. Our family enjoyed the morning views from the balcony and evening sunsets. Spacious condo with awesome waterfront view of the Gulf

Great 3-bedroom condo, tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen and spacious balcony! The view is amazing! Anthony and Lidia are awesome to work with! Can’t say enough good things about them! Great location: grocery store, liquor store, and places to eat are within walking distance. John’s Pass, Treasure Island, and St. Pete are also a short car ride away! Free Beach Ride (shout-out to Michelle) and Uber are available. Highly recommend.

Spring Break 2021

The communication from the owners was thorough and helpful from the day we made the reservation. The rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures. There were many thoughtful touches, like places to plug in devices on the bedside lamps and a mat for sand shoes at the front door. A note (positive) about the bathroom that was not obvious in the description or pics: the "hall" bath does open to the master bedroom thru a huge closet, so we locked the door to the hall and it was essentially a master bath. The kids in the other two rooms shared the 2nd bath, no problem. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!
