CASA LAURA er en rummelig, luftige og lyse penthouse lejlighed til 2 gæster beliggende på en stille gade ved katedralen i Lucca og meget tæt på den botaniske have i Lucca, inde i byens mure.

Totalt renoveret og indrettet af arkitekten, denne luksus komfortable lejlighed tilbyder 2 sengepladser steder i 1 dobbelt kingsize soveværelse og har 2 badeværelser gør den ideel til en højtstående par på udkig efter charme, stil, plads, privatliv og komfort.

Et veludstyret helt nyt køkken, wifi og aircondition er fri for ekstra omkostninger. De 2 badeværelser er store indbyggede brusere. Placeringen er fantastisk, inde i byens mure og tæt på adgangen Passeggiata (promenaden op på væggene i århundrede gamle træer) og højre bag Cathdral Lucca, hvor Puccini Koncerter finder sted hver nat, restauranter og dagligvarer butikker. En gratis parkering er placeret i omkring 10 minutter til fods fra lejligheden, mens en betaling parkering er placeret i lidt mindre end 5 min gang fra lejligheden (13 euro dagligt eller abonnementer til rådighed for 50 euro for op til 1 måned ophold).

Dette er en helt ny lejlighed på 100sqm. dekoreret og nyindrettet med elegance og med kvalitet møbler høj. Hvert værelse er store og lyse med solrig aspekt og forsynet med aircondition.

Badeværelset er udstyret med kvalitets bløde håndklæder og badekåber, skala, hårtørrer.

Mere om gaden: Set i Via Del Giardino Botanico Dette elegante lejlighed er i en fantastisk beliggenhed nær Botanisk Have, og Via del Fosso, med fjeder vand springvand, som du kan samle med din egen flaske til friske og naturlige vand hver dag. Katedralen ligger lige på den anden ende af gaden samt Puccini Koncerter i kirken San Giovanni e Reparata. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious and had all the amenities as advertised. The rooftop deck was large and comfortable with nice views of the town. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay again in the future.

The apartment was well located, very well furnished and equipped, very comfortable and had an excellent terrace. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Laura. A sun umbrella for the terrace would have been good.

Beautiful property. Amazing outdoor terrace. Just note that there is no lift and you need to carry luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Hosts were fantastic!

Fabulous apartment in a brilliant location within the walls of Lovely Lucca. We love Lucca and this apartment made our stay really special. Very quiet at all times. Wonderful sun terrace. Very well equipped with plates, cutlery etc. full size dishwasher and fridge freezer. The stairs to the apartment are a great workout!

Charming Casa Laura in Lucca

My home base for the 4 weeks I spent in Tuscany was beautiful Lucca. It truly is a hidden gem & a perfect base for those without a car. I stayed in the beautiful Casa Laura and I cannot wait to get back. My easy train ride from Roma Termini station to Lucca was capped off by a warm welcome by Sonia (one of the owners) who whisked me off to my apartment rental. Although the train station is only a 5/7 minute walk, it was lovely to picked up by car with my luggage. Sonia and Cristina took great care of me & were quick to address any questionsrequests I had. The apartment features a large kitchen & open living rooms. Both bedroom and the two bathrooms are a nice size & the linens and towels were clean & comfortable. Bathrobe was provided, a great bonus. The wifi was great for updating my blog about Italy & I used the great washing machine and the dryer a lot so that I could pack lighter. Sonia and Cristina have supplied me with all of the comforts of home including dishes, cookware etc... just pack your clothes & forget your troubles in Lucca. This apartment has the most incredible patio & I spent numerous hours sipping wine & enjoying my patio with friends. What I loved most about it was its central location. It was a quick walk to espresso bars, restaurants & shops, not to mention the numerous historical & religious sites all throughout Lucca. My favorite spot was looking out over the square while sipping coffee near the Caffè Dele Mura (on the walls). A walk to the walls & you are rewarded with a breathtaking view, not to mention great exercise for justifying all those gelatos you will want. The people of Lucca are so nice & welcoming, but you would do yourself well to learn at least a rudimentary amount of Italian. If not just out of respect for the Italian people, but also to help you feel more at ease. You will find that in most of the small hill towns not much English is spoken. Honestly though, after the culture shock of OVER touristy Rome....the beauty & simplicity of Lucca is so refreshing. The food of Lucca is incredible & beautifully simple. As a Chef I was overwhelmed by the freshness of produce, salamis & pastas. The wines of this region are incredible & inexpensive. As a solo female traveler I must say I felt perfectly safe in Lucca. If you If you are a "Slow Traveler" & you like leisurely paced meals & environs, then Lucca is perfect place to experience the beauty of Tuscany. I'm already planning my trip back with Sonia next summer!

Lovely, peaceful flat in which to relax and enjoy Lucca

Sonia is very kind and attentive. The apartment is spacious, lovely and well-appointed. It's location is ideal: very quiet neighborhood, easy access to the wall, and an easy walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. The benefit of two full baths cannot be overstated. The terrace is spacious, private, and very comfortable. We used it daily. Two minor points: the wooden pallets need to be removed from the terrace, and it would be great if there were actually two bicycles, as there were formerly. Fantastic property. We will return. Arrivederci!

FANTASTIC LOCATION - LOVELY OWNER

The stars of this apartment are the owner and the apartments location. It is literally about a 100m walk to the entrance of the Cathedral on one side and around 80m to the new Contemporary Art Museum and the shopping streets on the other side. We walked to all the major sights from the apartment. The owner was great, she gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment and then a tour of the local neighbourhood, which we really appreciated as it made finding cafe, supermarket and shops much easier the next day. We also appreciated her buying us an espresso, not just because Italian coffee is great, but because it allowed us to see how the cafe ordering system works - absolutely nothing like how it works here in US! The apartment is spacious and was perfect for a senior couple. Even though it's in the center of the town it's not noisy at all, as the square and streets nearby are mainly pedestrian. The kitchen was very well supplied and the beds were comfortable. We loved the romantic view of the churches and the roofs of the old buildings! We loved our stay. Thank you! Jenny & James

Historic elegantly furbished designer apartment

We were so enchanted by our stay in Lucca in general and in this apartment in particular. Such a wonderful medieval city to explore and discover it's many delights. This apartment was the perfect location to be able to walk easily everywhere in Lucca. The apartment is elegant and very comfortable. It is all that the beautiful pictures depict. It is quiet, clean, luxurious and just perfect for a singlea couple. Sonia was very helpful and responded immediately to any request. I highly recommend this apartment for a delightful stay in Lucca. One caveat, there are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator....so caution for those with limited mobility.....however, Sonia has many other properties equally as tasteful with no stairs if desired.

IMPRESSIVE, the best

This is our second time at a Luccaapartmentsandvillas very nice accomodations. Nicely appointed and amentities, ie soap, coffee,paper towels, etc. We are very comfortable in Lucca, so we did not need to use the office staff, but its nice to know they are there if needed. I strongly rec'd using their services, its just so easy and they bring you right into apt. So much nicer than a hotel, coffee in your PJ's, a kitchen to make snacks, and the most amazing terrace with a magnificent view! I will def use again.

Perfect Home in Lucca

We have stayed in Lucca many times over the years, in hotels and apartments. We have nothing but praise for the Casa Laura apartment, it's location and it's facilities. First it is roomy. The bedroom has a master bed which is large with an ensuite bathroom. It has ample storage space and lots of light through the large window. The Family/Living room has a very comfortable couch, arm chair, and TV though we had little time to watch TV. The second bathroom is huge with a grand shower. The A/C is excellent in both the master bedroom and Living rooms. The kitchen is superb, Good light through the Patio facing window, large table that amply seats four. Good sized fridge, stove top and oven all work well. Good sized sink and dish washer. The best feature is the patio with a large fluffy sofa, table seating for four, great cushioned seating areas and plants that enclose it making it a private garden. The location in the centre of Lucca, right inside Porta San Pietro is excellent and with close access to the wall. Paid parking is just 5 minutes away and the lot, Parcheggio Mazzini has tons of room and available 24 hours a day. The train station is a 5 minutes walk at most. Everything in the walls is just few minutes walk. Sonia is easily reachable though we only used her to reserve a cab for us when we left. We plan on a return trip to Lucca and would definitely stay again at the Casa Laura apartment.

Very enjoyable stay

Lovely quiet location near the Botanical Gardens, close to the city wall, restaurants, shopping and approximately a 15 minute walk to the train station. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. It is on the top floor with the added advantage of the outside space but be aware of the stairs and carrying luggage to the apartment. It has to be the best hotel/apartment I have been to for hanging space, there is no need to taken coat hangers there must be at least 30 hangers in a separate room off the bedroom. There was also a washing machine, iron and clothes airer. Lovely toiletries provided in the two bathrooms, plenty of towels and two dressing gowns for use. It took a few minutes to run through, but there was lots of hot water day and night for showers. Spacious bedroom with aircon, bed was comfortable. Kitchen slightly lacking in glasses, got around the issue by using beer glasses for wine. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Loved every minute at Casa Laura

The air conditioning was an absolute god send, as it was so hot in August, and many places around the city didn’t have air con. It was such a haven. Amazing bakery and pizzeria close by. Beautiful furnishings and well equipped. The terrace is amazing and completely private. There are a lot of stairs so one needs to account for this if not used to it.

Absolutely Lovely!

Enjoyed our time so much in Lucca and this apartment was the perfect place to end each day. Spacious, relaxing, and even though it rained quite a bit while we were there - we still were able to enjoy the lovely rooftop patio. The neighborhood is quiet but also walkable to the historic center, shops, and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Casa Laura

Having 2 bathrooms was super convenient and the little room behind the master bedroom for the laundry was a great asset. Kitchen was well stocked and bed was comfortable. Make sure you can do stairs as this is located on the top floor of the bldg. I have no improvements to recommend. It was just super.

Exquisite Apartment just inside the wall

Communication with the apartment manager before and during our stay was great. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very spacious. It felt like home! It was great having the 2 bathrooms and the beautiful terrace was a wonderful spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings!! The kitchen was well equipped for the little bit of cooking that we did during our stay. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment, as well as a large closet space. The location was less than a 15 minute walk from the train station and was situated on a quiet street very close to a wall access point. A short walk to many restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Peter and Diana

Great location, decor, etc. Just a few things that need to be added to make it perfect: oven instructions, oven mitt, coasters for tables, lighter for candles on terrace, newer towels, spare toilet paper and a few basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper & oil. The information booklet was very helpful!

Absolutely stunning.

This property is absolutely beautiful with incredible views, and perfect location with dining, shopping and so many interesting sights just steps away. The train station is a short walk which made traveling to other towns very easy as was parking after we got a car. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed to prepare a nice meal to enjoy on the balcony. Very spacious, and clean. Ms. Elizabeth is a perfect host. She was very prompt in meeting us and check in was very easy. We can't say enough good things about our week in Lucca. Coming home to this beautiful place at the end of the day was a real pleasure. Highly, highly recommend.
