The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Very nice house located close to beach. Loved the easy access & the beach was not as crowded as other 30A beaches which was great! The 15-minute walk to Rosemary was a bit longer than I expected, but it was a beautiful walk. If you’re looking for a nice, clean house with easy access to the beach this is it!

Great Location and a few steps from the private beach! Perfect house for a family and comfy beds. The house was very clean and had plenty room to hang. The whole process from check in to check out was great. The house comes with 4 bikes and is an easy short ride to coffee shops , restaurants ,and shops Close to the 30 A Inlet Beach Center Lots of good places to eat. Shout out to Jay’s Beach Chair rental definitely use him.

Terrible communication and leak that caused injury

The house is overall nice but there was a bad leak caused by the washing machine on the second floor that causes water to drip from the ceiling in the kitchen. We cleaned it up on the first night thinking it was water coming from the sink because we were cooking, however after a long day at the beach or last day there we came back to a very wet kitchen floor. We obviously did not expect this and found out when my two-year-old who was drinking a glass of water Slipped and fell breaking the glass and cutting his hand and knee area. I contacted the management company and as this was late at night they offered to send emergency service for the leak but stated that no one would be there most likely until the next day (when we were checking out anyway). They also offered to comp a portion or all of the stay with checking with the owner first. However since then they have been radio silent. I’ve called multiple times and written multiple emails with no response. I would be very weary of booking at this place. Not only do they not care about the well-being of their guest their overall communication is terrible.

GREAT LOCATION

Absolutely my favorite stay in Florida. The house was so clean and full of all kitchen items needed. Everything was super organized and easily accessible. The mattresses were wonderful. I always love to walk on the beach in the morning , but the location and 4 bikes provided enticed me to do a daily family morning bike ride through the Inlet neighborhood to Rosemary for crepes and coffee. The outdoor patio had fun lights and was so much nicer than in the photos. The outdoor space is very inviting. The beach was so close- just steps away. Beautiful property….

Great house!

We loved our stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was so convenient. You just just walk out the front door and turn left and you see the boardwalk. We also loved being right next to the community pool. Having a 3 year old daughter it was nice being able to quickly run her inside the house for potty breaks :) The house was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils. We enjoyed spending time under the string lights on the back patio. The colorful hooks were perfect for hanging wet towels and swim suits. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs as that saved us a lot of money.

Location is everything

This property is literally a stone’s throw from the beach. The house is beautiful. We had two concerns. The first is that the check in was delayed due to cleaning. Not a problem in the COVID era but the cleaning was ok at best- hair in the showers. Not what you want to see when you spend several thousand dollars. I know how to clean so not a problem. The house has a great partial view of the gulf from the 3rd floor. It was very nice having the use of bikes and beach chairs.
