Not well heated pool

The Good: easy check-in and check out process. About a 10 min walk to beach (need to cross A1A). Very close to a large children's park that the kids loved. The Not so Good: heater to pool was not working. Pool too cold to swim for the little kids. The guest room bathroom is in rough shape - bath was clogged with black film on bottom so that was unpleasant. Outdoor grill also very dirty.

Beautiful summer week!

This was our second visit to Coastal Haven! The first during our son's wedding, and now, after the birth of our first grandchild! This home is wonderful for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the Jax beach area has to offer. The fenced yard and pool are private and inviting, and the main living area is cozy for a few, or a much larger crowd! The host has thought of everything and responds promptly to any question or issue! We will absolutely return!

Close to Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good, easy drive to beach. Pool was awesome to have! Karen with Noble was absolutely wonderful to work with, she resolved the air issue, and had a nice bottle of wine and cheese platter for us upon arrival. My major complaint was the cleanliness. It was definitely worn down house and not as clean as I would have liked.
