This nice fully equipped 35m² duplex is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator of a very secured building (electric gate + building's door locked with a code).

The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with an HD TV and WIFI, a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find two comfortable 140x190 double beds.
With its private garage a few minutes walk from the apartment (a nice option where parking in Part-Dieu isn't free anywhere), this apartment is the perfect spot for a business trip, or to visit the city as it is very close to all transports (metro, tramways and buses).

It also comes with a mobile air conditing ( limited effect with outside temperatures from 30°C).

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment.

Appartement Lyon - Rue Paul Bert

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année dans cet appartement très bien situé à 10 minutes de la gare (La Pardieu) Commerces en bas de l'immeuble, Métro et Tram à coté de la gare. Appartement très calme. Nous reviendrons.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié le garage à proximité de l'appartement. L'appartement est confortable et propre et bien situé , dans un quartiercalme . Seul bemol , nous n'avions pas les renseignements pour prendre possession de l'appartement à notre arrivée, on a dû appeler le centre de gestion .

Appartement simple, propre , très pratique avec le garage. Restaurants et commerces au pied. Mais salle de bain wc en bas avec odeur . Attention pour ceux qui ne veulent pas avoir chaud, lits en mezzanine. Clim mais bruyante et moyennement efficace
