Cocoonr agency offers this charming 38 m² studio apartment with wifi, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers, for rent in Marseille. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The building's syndic informs us that purging and restructuring work on the building's facade will take place on 10/03/2025 for 15 days from 9:00 to 15:00.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A living room with dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with American fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- sleeping area with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room

Bright, comfortable and welcoming, this large studio is just a few steps from the Old Port, Mucem, Vieille Charité and all public transport links. The location is ideal for visiting Marseille. Located in the Panier district, right in the heart of Marseille, it's easy to get to, whatever your mode of transport.

Located in a central district of Marseille, L'appartement Misirlou is ideal for an authentic and historic stay to discover the city of Marseille.
You'll find bakeries, restaurants and cafés, as well as the famous Vieux Port fish market.
We recommend strolling through the narrow streets of Le Panier, soaking up the sun at Fort St-Jean, playing a game of pétanque on the Mucem esplanade or boarding a boat to the Calanques.

Nearest airport: Marseille provence airport, approx. 24 km (22 mi by car).
Nearest train station: Gare Marseille saint charles about 1.7 km (8 min by car)

Man konnte nicht richtig lüften, weil die Jalousien unten sein mussten, ansonsten konnte man rein schauen und viele laute Leute sind noch bis tief in die Nacht vom Hafen vorbei gelaufen. Keine Klimaanlage…"

Misirlou "Ubicación ideal y piso agradable y completo 🙂 Ubicación ideal, en una calle tranquila al lado del MUCEM, con vistas al puerto, a dos pasos del Panier, bien servida por los transportes públicos (autobus directos a la Gare S. Charles, la playa Catalans, Notre Dame de la Garde etc.; metro y transportes marítimos a pocos minutos). Piso limpio y perfectamente equipado (nevera grande, horno, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, máquina del café, plancha de ropa, secador de pelo, televisión, ventilador, sombrillas de playa) y cocina completa con básicos incluidos que se agradecen (té, café, aceite, sal, azucar, especias...). Gran boiler que permite dos duchas seguidas sin que se acabe el agua caliente. Hay que tener presente que el pago y la gestión no se hace por Booking sino por Cocoonr. 🙁 - Toallas muy pequeñas (toallas de ducha cortadas en dos...), mejor traer una propia. - Mejor mantener las ventanas o persianas cerradas para evitar que entren cucarachas (las hay en esta zona y es una planta baja). Tener presente que no hay aire acondicionado, sólo ventilador (verano) y calefacción (invierno)."

Kitchen had all amenities and Smail who welcomed us was very friendly. 🙁 We killed 2 cockroaches during our 3 nights stay (one was monstrous, one was small). There is no AC in the place, only a fan, it can get very hot. There is no closing door on the shower and water gets easily all over the floor."

Excellent location in the Panier- MUCEM out the window. Nevertheless, I will not book this place for my next visit. The property has been neglected; small repairs not made: 3 out of 4 curtains missing, 2 letters of HOME missing, frying pan handle broken. Linens were clean and plentiful, but you could see big stains on the mattress through the sheet (no mattress protection)- very unappealing! Filthy tile grout and giant dead cockroach under the shelf in the bathroom. Chair upholstery had been used as cat-scratch post, scrapes on walls. Generic furniture, but fine, if only one had put in a few hours to correct deficits. Overall, a very bad impression.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y era seguro. 🙁 La entrega de llaves fue un poco complicada. Ademas me enviaron correos pidiendo que sacara la basura a los contenedores que estan en la calle, lo cual me parece que es parte de los servicios de limpieza que el alojamiento debe ofrecer."

Misirlou Sehr gute Lage für einen Kurztrip nach Marseille. Von der Unterkunft am Alten Hafen konnten wir die Stadt super zu Fuß erkunden und Restaurants, kleine Einkaufsläden und Boulangeries waren gleich in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Die Fenster sind etwas einzusehen und es gibt leider keine Vorhänge aber Rollos. Insgesamt nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres puisque nuisances sonores, rez de chaussée et surtout odeurs de poubelles avec les cafards qui rentrent dans l’appartement. L’appartement de premier abord semble propre, en réalité le sol et certain meubles étaient tout collants. Le sommier bancale et rafistolé. Nous avons dû partir pour une autre location, il n’était pas possible de poursuivre le séjour dans ces conditions. L’agence, n’a pas facilité les choses : elle ne répond pas au mail, le numéro fourni est non attribué. Il utilise une intermédiaire extérieure à l’agence, cette dernière nous a dit que nous pouvions partir et que nous aurions un remboursement total de l’agence, puisque nous n’étions pas les premiers à nous plaindre. Or, au moment des démarches pour remboursement, l’assistance Airbnb nous annonce que le remboursement est refusé. Malhonnêteté totale"

Die malerischen Gassen in der Nähe laden zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein. Aber das ist noch nicht alles - du wirst auch von tollen Menschen umgeben sein. Die Gastgeberin ist besonders nett und kommunikativ, was deinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht.
