Wonderful!

Perfect place to stay! The fresh breakfast choices were delicious! Great location and having a pool all to ourselves was amazing! The host was very helpful and gracious.

Excellent!

The Half is beautiful on the inside as well as the outdoor spaces ( upper deck and lower pool area ). Brian is an amazing host who provided everything needed for the perfect getaway for my family and our dog. Brian spoiled us with an amazing choice of delicious homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. I would highly recommend the Half !

Renter beware

The Jazz Chef has attempted to create a bed-and-breakfast breakfast out of his residential home, by building an in-law unit over the garage. While we were taking advantage of the "private" pool the housekeeper confirmed that the property listed as "The Main" is a family home- and does not contain an additional rental unit being renovated, as I was told. While my kids were swimming in the pool the mother and daughter (?) came home from running an errand and entered through the kitchen door adjoining the patio to the pool. Awkward to be using someone's private pool in their backyard. I forfeited 3 nights abs 3 days stay without asking for any refund after 2 handymen entered the rental at 11am instead of 4pm. Lack of privacy at this rental.

Just Perfect

The property is simply a first class experience. I lived in the PB area for a long time and always liked the vibe of these older homes and neighborhoods. Great location and hospitality.
