We welcome you in a recent quiet house with large garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bathtub and 2 separate toilets. You will also have at your disposal a living room-kitchen, garden furniture on the terrace for meals or sunbathing.
The house is located in a small, quiet village and in a quiet cul-de-sac, so rest and relaxation guaranteed. The garden is in the middle of the nearby gardens, no noisy street nearby.
From the house, you can go directly for walks or mountain bike rides with many trails at your disposal.
5 minutes away by car, you will find the small town of Issoire, with all the shops, services and cultural or sports places desirable.
You will also be on the same level as the natural parks of the volcanoes of Auvergne and Livradois-Forez rich in cultural and sporting discoveries in the middle of magnificent varied landscapes.
On request, a shed is at your disposal to store your bikes.
Optionally, we can provide you with bed linen and towels for 15€ per person for the stay.
The departure cleaning is at your expense but it is possible to entrust it to us for 60€ to be paid on your arrival.
