About Jennifer Sales
Hi! I'm Jennifer Sales and this is my family...my husband, Greg Lyon, my son, Zachary and his wife, Kari. We live in Denver and escape to the mountains to enjoy the beauty while we hike, bike, ride motorcycles and ski. I usually handle the rentals, but in my absence, you might reach Zach or Kari.

Why Jennifer Sales chose Frisco
We were looking for a condominium in the mountains and we decided on Frisco as it was a small, quaint town and we could get to the condominium faster than other areas. We like the central location of the condominium complex in the county and the ease of getting around to all ski areas. We looked at a few complexes and walked into our unit and knew this was the one! The view is amazing! We were sold! The size of the condominium, split bedrooms, garage, setting and the bike path right across the street was a bonus.
What makes this Condo unique
This location is perfect! Only a few condominium complexes in Summit County have 180 degree views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Stunning! We're centrally located between all Summit County ski areas like Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A Basin, Loveland which are all approx 15 minutes away. And it's easy to get back onto I-70 to head to Vail and Beaver Creek which are approx 30-45 minutes away. The bike path, which is just across the street will take you to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or over to Vail and further west.
