Welcome to Sandpiper Cove Unit 2094!

Our condo is bright, cheery, and coastally decorated with relaxation in mind! It is a 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo overlooking Sandpiper Cove’s 9-hole pitch and putt par 3 golf course and one of the five pools. This pool is heated during the cooler season. A fully furnished kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric range. The dining room seats six. The master suite features a queen bed, a 2nd TV, dressing area and full bath. The guest bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a 3rd TV and a separate bath. The sofa has a comfortable queen-sized sleeper with an 8.5" pillow top Cozy Mattress, allowing six guests to stay in the unit. The condo has a washer/dryer in the unit; and a laundry room is also located on the property.

Sandpiper Cove is a family friendly, secured 43-acre resort, with 1100 feet of private beautiful, white sandy beach with emerald water, just a short 7-minute walk from the condo. The resort offers amenities galore. Spend the day at the beach and you never even have to leave for lunch with Rick's Sand Trap Grill and Pavilion, which offers snacks and drinks, rental umbrellas and chairs, ocean kayaks, paddle boards and rest room facilities. In addition, the complex includes lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, rentable boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools (2 heated), BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex and the most popular Louisiana Creole restaurant in the Panhandle-Louisiana Lagniappe, overlooking a harbor.

During the summer and on holidays enjoy watching the Destin fireworks from the quiet of our balcony! See pictures for the view. In the unit, we have available golf clubs and balls for your use on the 9-hole pitch and putt par 3 golf course and on the deck, we have beach chairs and an umbrella for your time at the beautiful beach.

Everything you need is nearby our location. If you don't want to drive, you can walk to grocery stores and restaurants and utilize the Destin harbor water taxi to take you to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk for fishing charters, boat rentals, additional restaurants and nightlife choices. Destin offers so many different recreational activities, there is something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay and Crab Island, in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." Destin-dining is also world-famous among foodies and regular folks alike.

You can skydive, sail, cruise, dolphin watch, and explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida. Or you can simply exhale and relax...

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed this property so much! From the fully stocked kitchen cabinets (everything you need to cook and pack snacks for the beach!), to the games, beach toys, chairs, and more… we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. There’s a shower right outside the condo to rinse off. The pool is so close. It was perfect. Perfect size for our family. Super clean and cozy too.

Love Sandpiper Cove

This was probably our 5th or 6th year staying at this resort. This condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Tracy was great..the first night we went to bed late and noticed the pull out sofa sheets didn’t fit. We touched it out that night and I notified Tracy first thing the next morning. She had a new sheet set waiting at the door when we returned at lunch. This resort is gated so it gives me the peace of mind to allow my tween boys to fish and swim alone. Loved this condo and resort.

I grew up in Northern IL, but now live in Sturgis, MI with my husband Tim. We fell in love with Destin and Sandpiper Cove a number of years ago when we would come to the area for a week of vacation. In 2019, we decided to purchase our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo so we could enjoy our retirement winters here.
