Was just as described, great place for a couple or 4 people, enjoyed the view, quietness and it is well stocked for kitchen purposes.Just wished it had a k cup coffee machine as we only drink 1 cup of coffee a day.

We could not have found any place better than Shorebreak East! It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Anything you might need was there. The owner was easy to contact, was very responsive and provided all the info we needed well before our arrival. I’d recommend it without hesitation and hope to return!

The house had every kitchen utensil you would need to cook a holiday meal. It was very clean with comfy beds! The patio furniture and private deck with a gate made it nice to sit outside with the pup! We saw a lot of dolphins from the house and the beach! It was a perfect place to stay for a Christmas getaway! The sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the best ocean views ! So excited to have had daily sightings of dolphins! Host was a breeze to communicate with and the cottage had everything you could want . Loved waking up each morning to the ocean views from the bedroom too! Hope to returnagain!

30th Anniversary Trip

We couldn't have picked a better place to spend our 30th anniversary! The view is beautiful, everything you need is in the house and even the sheets smelled wonderful! We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable house with great beach views. Beds were comfortable and we loved sitting out and listening to the ocean. Our dog loved it as much as we did!

Beautiful beach & house

Wonderful house with a million dollar view! It has all the amenities you would need and gives the feeling of Paradise. This was our 4th stay at this wonderful property and plan on many more.

The short version: if you need a great place for 4 people or less, and/or with a dog or two, just book this place. It’s fantastic and you won’t regret it.Details:Communication with the host Nicole was spot on. Things are labeled where it’s needed and there’s a notebook with basic procedures and rules in it along with restaurant recommendations. The place is dog friendly, and owned by people that obviously own dogs so they understand what you’ll need.Inside, everything was very clean, bright, and nicely thought out and designed, and nearly new. Plumbing, lights, appliances, etc. all worked flawlessly. The beds were both very comfortable with newer sheets and comforters. The 2 bathrooms were very nicely finished. The appliances, utensils and dishes in the kitchen were all like new, including the pots and pans, which is often a weak spot of rentals. WiFi and the 3 TVs all worked great.Outside, the house is right on the beach. There’s a shower on the way to the beach with a place to wash off yours and your dog’s feet as well. The covered parking area on the ground level holds a grill, beach chairs and even a Shibumi sunshade for each side of the rental. And of course there’s the view… this location is fantastic, and the deck is up high enough to give a great view of the beach and no splinters to worry about with bare feet or walking the dog.The bottom line is I literally don’t have anything to complain about from our stay. It was worth every penny, and we’ll be back.

Beautiful location

The sunsets from the deck are awesome and you can see dolphins several times a day. Open layout, lots of natural light and very nicely decorated. The house has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a VRBO property. We’ve spent the last two Christmas holidays here and will continue.

Perfect beach vacation!

Fabulous beach location! Exceeded every expectation!!! The beach is one step out of the front door. Extremely clean and every accommodation was available. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
