About this property

Three design houses with large pool and beautiful views at 10 min. from Vejer

The three houses are placed in such a way that the other ones cannot be seen or heard from any one of them. They can be rented together or separately.

The main house has an enormous living-dining room that gives onto a large terrace with views of the Barbate river valley; a fully equiped design kitchen; 3 double bedrooms divided over the ground floor and the first floor; and 2 full bathrooms plus a guest toilet.

The other two houses are identical, and each have an ample living-dining room with an open kitchen and a terrace with lovely views of the Barbate River, as well as 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathroom.

On the level of the main house there is a large swimming pool of 12x5 m.

All 3 houses have a barbecue, the one at the main house is a gas barbecue but the ones of the smaller houses are normal ones which cannot be used in summer due to the risk of forest fires.

The houses are on a 5000m2 private property with a very well groomed garden with subtropical vegetation, in a small residental area in the country side next to the Montenmedio Country Club.

Access to the property is over a 1.5km. dirt road in a good state.

We charge for the 3 houses separately or for a combination; make sure to send a request for the correct number of guests to obtain the correct price for the desired combination of houses:

- The 2 smaller houses: price for 8 guests
- The main house plus one of the smaller houses: price for 10 guests
- All 3 houses: the price for 14 guests

In high season we only accept bookings for the whole property with all 3 houses.

Family time

We had a great time getting together with extended family. Property has space for both solitude and shared space. Apartments are down a short gravel hill that posed a challenge for one of our party and not flushing toilet paper was a shock to our guests but not a big deal. All in all, a nice property and very helpful management.

Ideal für eine große Gruppe, 3 Wohnbereiche, die wir mit 14 Personen genutzt haben, viel Platz auf schönem teilweise abschüssigen Gelände, Pool mit tollem Blick in die Landschaft, Grill vorhanden, aber entfernt von der großen Terrasse, haben wir nur einmal genutzt, Fahrtzeit zum Meer ca. 20min, Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir waren dort mit Jung und Alt und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen!

Semana en familia

La casa tienes sus pros y sus contras, Contras el acceso con los coches está fatal tanto para llegar a la casa por el caminos que hay, como para aparcar dentro de la finca una cuesta de grava que los coches derrapan. No es una casa para personas con movilidad reducida o personas mayores. Para ir a las casas de abajo otra cuesta con grava que se te iban los pies. En el salón y cocina principal sin aire acondicionado, demasiado calor. La zona de la piscina muy dejada, las colchonetas de las hamacas muy sucias, suelo sucio y el borde de la piscina con una franja de suciedad entre el agua y bordillo que lo comente pero no hicieron mucho. La basura hay que llevarla en el coche para tirarla, algo muy incómodo. Por lo demás las casas por dentro son cómodas, camas cómodas, las almohadas muy pequeñas e incómodas, lo único que comenté antes aire acondicionado en el salón porque hacía mucho calor. Faltaba alguna toalla para la piscina había pero no para todos los huéspedes, poner al menos algo de gel en los baños, el primer día nos vimos sin gel para poder ducharnos, con el jabón de manos de los lavabos. En fin una semana en familia agradable por estar con la familia, pero por el precio que tiene tendría que estar algo más cuidada y detallista.

En general satisfactoria pero con aspectos a mejorar por ejemplo: No es una casa apta para niños o personas mayores e incluso con ligeros problemas de movilidad debido al suelo de los accesos 100% con piedras de cantos irregulares, incómodos para caminar y peligrosos para caídas, y llevar las maletas hasta las casas de abajo es un suplicio, porque no ruedan... La falta de aire acondicionado en los salones ( solo hay en las habitaciones) No poder tirar papel higiénico al inodoro lo que lleva a graves olores en los baños. Faltan elementos básicos en las cocinas como por ejemplo un exprimidor de zumo eléctrico o tostadoras grandes, las que hay son pequeñas para la cantidad de comensales que hay. Copas de vino ridículas en tamaño. Y los cuchillos no cortan adecuadamente. Alguna silla de la piscina y de la casa en mal estado. La puerta de acceso del garaje es de hierro oxidado y al cerrar por ejemplo nos hicimos una herida en el tobillo. En resumen: bien en general pero no correcto al 💯 teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado. caminar y con e

Bonita casa y bonitas vistas

Junto con mi familia pasamos una bonita semana en El Soto. Estuvimos muy a gusto, jugando en la piscina y cenando en la terraza con el atardecer. Cuando cae la noche los mosquitos se activan y apenas 3 habitaciones tenían mosquitera para evitarlos. Algunos de los niños dormían en camas supletorias un poco incómodas. Por lo demás, la casa está muy bien equipada, es tranquila y los vecinos muy majos. Eso si, necesitas coche hasta para tirar la basura! Gracias Viveca por la flexibilidad y por estar siempre disponible. Un abrazo

Muy agusto

Estuvimos 14 personas, toda la familia y fue muy agradable. Las casas son como en las fotos, los cuartos son muy acogedores. La piscina está genial, lo único que por la tarde había muchos mosquitos y no podíamos estar. La casa es muy tranquila, nada de ruidos, pero luego tienes Vejer cerca, y las playas de Zahara a 20 min.

Estancia increíble

Fuimos 13 amigos y la estancia en la casa no ha podido ser mejor. Las tres casas son muy cómodas, todo limpisimo y la atención super amable. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 10 minutos de Vejer de La Frontera y a media hora de sitios como Bolonia, Zahara, Conil o Chiclana. Muy recomendable, estoy seguro que volveremos.

Perfect huis voor een vakantie met een grote groep

We waren met een familie van 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en hebben een super week gehad in het mooi ingerichte ruime huis met de 2 appartementen en het eigen zwembad. Er was volop gelegenheid om te genieten van het geweldige uitzicht op de diverse terrassen bij het huis, van de privacy en van elkaar. Een mooi strand en bijzondere dorpjes op prima rij afstand. Leuke en rustige omgeving. Met veel dank ook aan Viveca en Maria Luise voor de goede zorgen!

mega Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tage in Andalusien. Wir waren drei Familien und haben alle drei Häuser besetzt. Die Häuser sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten mega bequem, alles sehr sauber und die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. gerade auch für den Anfang. Gewürze und Öle sind vorrätig und auch alles zum Spülen. Der Empfang hat einwandfrei geklappt und war sehr herzlich. Das Haupthaus ist der Angelpunkt für alle und lädt zum Zusammensein ein. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe, so das ich jeden Morgen meine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Was wunderbar ist, dass die Häuser in einem kleinen "Dorf" liegen und es sehr schön ruhig ist und nichts zugebaut. Hier kann man richtig entspannen und ist nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto von den Stränden entfernt. Vejer erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen. Für uns alle war es ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit hier her zurück kommen.

Modern family home with pool and 2 extra apartments, perfect for a big group.

The property is divided into a main big house with 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, huge living room and modern spacious kitchen, and 2 smaller apartments each with a living room and kitchen. The 3 buildings are independent and private, modern and very well equipped. The only downside was that none of the kitchens had a proper oven and that the driveway is steep and not paved. Also the road leading to the house is a dirt track, but is easy to drive, so, is not really a problem. In general, a great house for a big group!

Precioso puente en un lugar idílico

Hemos pasado un puente de la Inmaculada ideal en un Marco incomparable, en una casa rural que cumplía con todas las condiciones que necesitábamos. Amplias estancias y un porche enorme con vistas impresionantes donde adultos y niños hemos podido convivir en armonía. por suerte el tiempo también nos ha acompañado. Por último comentar la amabilidad tanto de María Luisa como de Viveca quienes han estado pendiente en todo momento.

de perfecte plek voor een geweldige vakantie

Wat hebben we genoten! Een week lang genieten van het zwembad, het Spaanse eten, de rust en de natuur. De perfecte plek om tot rust te komen, van de natuur en cultuur te genieten. We vonden het erg fijn dat er een ruime keuken in het huis zit. Het huis is fantastisch ingericht, gelukkig hebben we er weinig van genoten omdat het heerlijk weer was! Echt een aanrader, Viveca bedankt!

Architectural house overlooking the marsh towards the Atlantic

Rural setting of this beautiful house launched our visit to Vejer de la Frontera and the beaches of Barbate and Conil. Our hostess Maria Louisa had lots of tips. The house is very well appointed with the basics: kitchen, laundry. Many comfortable areas to relax. Would return.

Wunderschöner Urlaub - Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist äußerst schön gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und freiem Blick auf die Bucht. Durch die großen Fenster hat man von allen Zimmer einen tollen Blick nach draußen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und auch von hier hat man einen sagenhaften Rundblick. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich sehr viele schöne Strände und man kann sehr schön wandern. Sowohl Cádiz als auch Tarifa liegen nicht weit entfernt, so dass unser Aufenthalt sehr abwechslungsreich war. Durch den sehr freundlichen Empfang von Maria Luisa haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzliche Dank für de tollen Tage, die wir hier verbringen konnten. Wir können dieses Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Zoe - Mejor imposible!!

Estuvimos una semana a finales de agosto. (muy poco tiempo) en la casa principal, somos una pareja con tres niños. Puedo decir que la casa en sí es preciosa, una arquitectura para admirar, una vista fantástica, decorada y equipada como si allí vivieran los dueños, no le hace falta nada!! Espaciosa, muy cómoda y tiene unas vistas muy lindas que invitan a desayunar en la terraza todos los días, o para tomarse unas copas afuera por la noche viendo las estrellas! Suena cursi, pero es cierto. La Ubicación también es un plus! Queda muy cerca de Vejer y de muchas playas y a la vez apartada del bullicio. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y seguramente repetiremos. Viveca la propietaria fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento y Estefi la administradora también muy amable y diligente! Un placer conocerlas.

Exeptioneel. Luxe entourage, rust, uitzicht, design en afwerking plus karakter.

We verbleven 6 dagen in het hoofdgebouw met 2 kinderen (6 en 8 jaar). Het huis is zodanig opgezet en ingericht dat alles is waar je het verwacht. keuken, living, slaapkamers, badkamers. Wat ons erg aanspraak was het weldoordacht design en kwaliteit zeker ook van het meubilair en de zeer rijk gevulde boekenkast (minimaal 4 talig). We zouden alleen al ons gehele verblijf ons hebben kunnen verdiepen in de literatuur. Het terras wat door de grote deuren onderdeel is van de woonkamer is door de gedeeltelijke overkapping een heerlijke plaats voor ontbijt, lunch, diner (hoewel we meestal buitenshuis dineerde in heerlijke en ook culinaire top restaurants) of gewoon genieten van een boek en het uitzicht. We hadden ook veel plezier in en om het goed onderhouden zwembad met ligstoelen. Ook een paar kleine hagedissen hadden alle aandacht van de kinderen. Meestal hadden we het zwembad, wanneer we het gebruikte, voor ons alleen, heerlijk. De mooie (en rustige) stranden waren echter te aantrekkelijk om ook niet daar van te genieten. Strand van Tarifa is een "must" voor ieder enigzins sportief ingestelde persoon (wind, kyte surfen). Het onderhoud van de tuin/zembad is perfect geregeld. Van ons uit gezien een van de beste plekken waar we ooit geweest zijn. Dank Viveca, wanneer we weer in Andalusia zijn: "we will be back".

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir waren über Pfingsten mit einer Gruppe von 14 Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir sind sehr gut von Maria Luisa empfangen worden. Sowohl das Haupthaus mit seinen drei Doppelzimmern, als auch die beiden anderen 2 Häuser mit jeweils 2 Doppelzimmern sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Raum. Alle Küchen sind gut eingerichtet und mit den nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, so dass man ohne einen ersten Einkauf auskommt. Auch der Pool ist gepflegt. Für unserer Reise war diese Unterkunft ein ideales Domozil. Ca. 10 min. ins Zentrum von Vejer und 20 min. zum Strand El Palmar. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

This house belongs to my friend Steven, a Dutch journalist who has been living in Spain since 1993 as correspondent of an important Dutch newspaper. He hired a well-known Portuguese architect to design the house, in a very successful combination of clean modern lines and use of sensual woodwork. As I know Steven's house very well, and have had wonderful experiences renting out our own country house in the Sierra de Gredos and speak several languages, he asked me to help him manage the rentals. I am of Dutch-Argentine-American-German origin.

The property is located in a very quiet place with beautiful views, yet very close to bustling Vejer de la Frontera, to the beaches and to Montenmedio. The houses are very ample, comfortable and light.
