We had a lovely stay at Ians property. The house was large and had everything we needed. The lady who met us to give us the keys was lovely and very helpful. Even when we woke up with no power one morning she was straight round to help us. We would definitely stay again.

Tranquil

This is an amazing property. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house is really soacious and has everything you need. The pool is big and plenty of sun loungets for us all. The table tennis facility is a great addition too.

Family stay - September

Couldn’t have asked for more - comfortable and spacious house, gorgeous garden & pool and a great location! Ian is a fantastic owner who provided a website with all the things to do in the area along with restaurants and both Ian and Henning were great in person/on the phone to answer any questions that popped up! If you want a place to relax with the family and feel you can just arrive to a place where everything you need is there then this is the place for you - we will be back!

Wonderful Area

A gracious, generous and very helpful host. The beds are super comfortable and bed linen is good quality. The house could have some renovation and some of the bathrooms are a little dated - but it is very clean and everything works well. The garden and pool is charming and is very secluded and quiet. We would return to the area as it is very charming and a good place to visit Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Ronda, etc (and close to the beaches). Great value for money.

Family time

Ian’s property is fantastic! The location is exceptional, peacefull and close to everything. The property is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a great holiday. The garden is big and the pool is refreshing. All the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The barbecue with the outstide dining area is a must. The whole family loved our short break and we couldn’t have picked a better property. Thank you Ian and Henning for everything!

Nice pool but not as expected

The garden and pool was great, but unfortunately the house wasn't well cleaned. We were also charged damages for the shower drain being blocked which we noticed upon arrival.

I'm surprised you feel the need to retaliate in this way to my charging you 120.00 which was the cost to unblock the drains subsequent to your visit. Henning and his team do a great job and each between guests clean costs me 340.00 and takes up to 5 hours to do. I will send you the report from the cleaning team about the state in which you left the house.

Great space

Well maintained garden and many nights were spent in the porch area. Communication with Henning and Ian was great both available to deal with any issues. A lot of space which worked for us being a mixed group of 3 generations. The pool was deeper than expected but this didnt stop my 6 year going in at every opportunity. Great location, most places need a car but the local bar is a 15 minute walk away. I'd certainly go back.

We had the most fantastic trip. Everything was catered for in the house with plenty of cutlery/crockery and glasses. The seating outside was perfect and really comfortable. Henning the property manager was always on hand to message and met us at the property to show us around/ The house was a great size but overkill for two of us really but with teh size of property was just perfect for the dogs and our general relaxing. The house is located to within 30-45 mins of lots a great towns, like Chiclana, Conil, El Palma and of course Cadiz. Seville is 1.30hr drive away. Would we go back....100%! Thanks to Ian and Henning for making our 2025 holiday one of the best ever!

Schöne Lage, genügend Platz für 4 Personen, die ganze Villa könnte ein Upgrade erhalten. Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Matrazen im Master Bedroom durchgelegen, Gartenmöbel könnten ebenfalls eine Auffrischung erhalten.Guter Kontakt zu Ian, schnell und zuvorkommend.Preis-Leistung wirklich sehr gut für dieses Gegend.

Prettig verblijf in een rustige omgeving dichtbij de bewoonde wereld en 10 minuten van een mooi strand (Puerco beach). Huis en tuin is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel flink wat achterstallig onderhoud. En de keuken is aan vervanging toe. 5 slaapkamers met 3 ensuite badkamers, een badkamer om te delen tussen slaapkamer 4 en 5. Maar ook een extra douche/wc centraal in het huis. Op de boven verdieping moet je niet komen, het is niet schoon en een rommeltje. Zwembad werd op zondag schoongemaakt daarna niet meer, wat zonder meer nodig was geweest met 9 man de hele dag in het zwembad. Maar het is wel een heerlijk groot zwembad.Tafeltennistafel was geweldig. Henning en Ian reageerde op verzoekjes en probleempjes razendsnel en accuraat. Henning was goed te bereiken. Al met al een fijne vakantie in een mooi huis al was alles niet even fris!

Genial casa para Familias

La casa es muy amplia, las 5 habitaciones tienen espacio de sobra, al igual que el salon y la cocina. El jardín y la piscina están muy bien cuidados e incluso había una barbacoa nueva. Toda la comunicación sin problemas tanto con Ian como con Henning. Recomiendo el alojamiento a las familias grandes. Volveremos si hay ocasión.

Es una casa maravillosa, es verdad que le falta algun tipo de mantenimiento específico, pero se está de maravilla y el jardin y la piscina espectaculares, barbacoa, paellero de gas, etc, un sitio para repetir sin dudar.

Muy buena estancia

La casa tenía mucho encanto especialmente la zona de los jardines. Pero nuestra estancia fue en inverno y se notó mucho frío y algo de olor a humedad a la llegada. Tuvimos que ventilar mucho y encender mucho los splits de aire ya que costaba mucho deshumidificar y calentar la casa. Pasamos un poco de frío especialmente el primer día y en la zona de la entrada y cocina así como otros dos cuarto que estaban al otro lado de la zona de lavado. Supongo que en verano, la estancia sería mucho más agradable gracias al gran terreno y a la piscina. La casa está muy bien ubicada para ir a todos los sitios en coche, muy bien equipada y muy limpia. El dueño de la casa es muy amable y es ideal para familias y perros.

Très beau séjour.

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison. La localisation est facile à trouver. L'extérieur et la piscine sont très bien pour les enfants. Avons bien apprécié le bbq mis à disposition. La propriété dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le contact sur place (Antonio) est très sympathique et disponible en cas de soucis.

Perfekte Lage für Golfer

Nachdem die Kontakte mit Ian schon im Vorwege sehr freundlich und zugewandt waren, erwartete uns Antonio am Haus. Das Haus hat die perfekte Größe für 6-8 Personen. Der Garten ist toll gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche schattige Plätze für einen tollen Pooltag an einem großen Pool. Die Nähe zu zahlreichen Stränden und die Nähe zu Cádiz und Conil sowie diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machten die Lage für uns perfekt. Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

This autumn we will be installing a fifth bathroom to be shared by the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Our ideal configuration then will be three couples in ensuite accommodation plus four to six children in bedrooms four and five.

Lo que buscábamos

Hemos estado fenomenal en la villa, tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, intimidad, silencio por la noche..... Muy Bien. Con respecto a los comentarios negativos que he visto... es una villa (cosa que otras no son aunque se anuncien como tal) con sus añitos. Se ve que se va reformando según se va necesitando. Punto negativo: nosotros hemos estado con un perro, y para nuestra sorpresa no es una zona que permitan animales en las playas ni tiene zonas habilitadas (decentes) para ellos :-(. Pero con respecto a la casa todo bien, y Antonio es un señor muy majo que atiende todo lo que necesites.

Muchas gracias por sus palabras amables sobre todo de Antonio y su equipo que cuidan de la casa y nos visitantes - nada es demasiado mucho por el. En verdad en este otono veyo a reformar las habitaciones 4 y 5 con tambien un cuarto de bano. Es correcto que en el verano los perros no se admiten en las playas con soccoristas pero existen algunas playas [bravas] donde es posible por ejempleo Castilnuevo al otro lado de Conil. Creo que muchas gentes van a la playa muy muy pronto de la manana con sus perros donde es el chiringuito Casa Luis en la playa de Roche. No obstante cuando el terreno de golf es cerrado es posible hacer el paseo en las calles 5 y 6.

Family getaway

Quiet,secure location. Plenty of room for a large family, garden area beautiful. The property itself could do with a little tlc. I found that any problems that arose were solved very quickly. So all in all we had a lovely relaxing time.
