Great stay with nice view!

The home is very nice and very roomy! The location is rural but that’s expected since it is lakefront. It’s about 25-30 min drive to points of interest or nice restaurants in downtown Bentonville or Fayetteville. I chose this location since it was central to these nice towns, Eureka Springs, and Buffalo National River area. The access to the lake is nice for kayaks or fishing. Step carefully down to boat dock, last 20 feet or so without steps is steep.The rugs and floor in half bath could use a deeper cleaning. Also the sofas and chairs in living area were not very comfortable but look appealing . Host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Christmas family vacation

Our stay at this home was perfect. The home was beautiful and clean. The communications with the owner/property manager were excellent. Check in process was so easy. We highly recommend.

Fantastic property but Lake access is Hard

We had 8 family members staying at the property and the house is wonderful! It is clean and all of the bedrooms were great and very comfortable with everyone close to a bathroom with more than enough bath towels for everyone. We had our 4 teenagers stay in the upstairs area and they loved it. They each had their own bunk that was roomy and had their own lights. It was a big hit! It was also great to have a hot tub to use after long days. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the wood floors throughout the entire house. The down side to this property is not being able to use the dock at all. We did not want to park a boat in it but it is completely off limits which means there is no where to place any towels or coolers and most importantly any chairs for people that don't want to get in the water but want to chat with everyone. There are not steps all the way down to the water either and the steepest part you are on grass or shore which is very rocky. Our older family members never even made it to the water because it was too steep and then there was no where for them to sit if they had made it down. The actual lake is great and in a very peaceful cove off the main lake with clean water. The location was great - we could trust our teenagers to be out there since there were no boats speeding by. If you aren't getting in the lake this house is fantastic but if you want to get in the lake and stay down by the lake then this is not the best.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We needed a lovely spot to get away from our busy schedules and this place fit the bill perfectly. Communications with the property management were seamless and we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub! The only suggestion we have is perhaps adding a patio umbrella on the deck for a little sunshade. :) We look forward to booking this property again!

Family Time!

The property is absolutely beautiful and as described! The neighborhood is small and nestled away in a quiet setting. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from U of A and we had several people staying with us. The house was perfect for our large family and the lake views were beautiful. Communication with the host was great and even though we had no issues, they were great at replying and checking in. I hightly recommend this beautiful property and we would definitely stay here again.

Easter stay

We had plenty of room to visit with our college kids and friends who couldn’t go home for Easter. The house was close enough for us to go back and forth to campus. We were also able to do all the Easter activities we normally do at home. The view is beautiful!

Beautiful & Cozy

House was exactly as pictured and the management company was so amazing to work with. Temperatures were in the negative range and we didnt have a singlenissue whilenstaying. House was perfect!

Wonderful, relaxing experience

We had a beautiful experience staying at the lovely Dogwood property. The location was perfect if our excursions to see the changing fall leaves. We managed to be there at peak time and the view from our upper deck was phenomenal. The property management was just a text away when we needed for minor issues and very helpful and receptive to our needs. The home was immaculate and perfect for four couples. Take note that stairs are involved both inside and outside of the property. We can’t wait to return!

Great view breathtaking nature

Perfect house

Annual lake weekend with friends. Trip was amazing! Rained one day so we enjoyed the hot tub and chilled. House was perfect for our three couples and brother.

Awesome Family Vacation home

The house was roomy, clean and so pretty. Beautiful lake view from every bedroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and two decks. Kitchen fully stocked. Ample pillows, towels, sheets. Although the walk down to the lake was too steep for some, the lake was enjoyed by most in our group. We would most definitely return and highly recommend!

Ladies weekend

Great for a large group. The property floor plan offers a large area for the group to gather balanced with abundant beds for privacy when sleeping. Ground level includes kitchen, family room, and master suite. All other areas require stairs to access. Property managers were easy to work with and responded promptly to all inquiries. Beautiful space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful home and property.

This is a beautiful home on a beautiful lot. The view is outstanding! The home is nicely appointed and furnished. Our family enjoyed the open floor plan, hot tub and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had plenty of room.

The Dogwood was the perfect place for a family football weekend. The house was just as described.

The rental process was seamless. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The lake view was gorgeous and if we had stayed longer we would have tried fishing from the boathouse dock. We were 30minutes from the football stadium which worked out perfectly for us. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

LOTS of extra fees

This place is nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, get ready to be nickle and dimed. There’s a “hot tub management fee,” a “trash management fee,” a damage waiver (not refundable even if there’s no damage), and $50 “handling fee” (not including shipping) if you forget something. Oh, and I forgot the late checkout fee of $73.25.

Lovely lake weekend

The house itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for us! However, the house was very dirty when we arrived. There were dead bugs all over the window sills and in the kitchen light fixtures, the floors and rugs had not be mopped or vacuumed and were extremely dirty. Also, the downstairs toilet did not work which was very inconvenient with 4 people staying down there. It’s a beautiful property, just needs to be deep cleaned and kept up between guest!

Family Spring Break

The living room was smaller than it appeared online, the furniture wasn’t very comfortable, and the hot tub had issues. However they can out to fix the hot tub the next day, the home as a whole was beautiful and fit the needs of the family. It had a beautiful full kitchen, deck facing the river, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was at the end of the block with only one neighbor. We would stay again.
