Experience the discreet charm of this large, comfortably furnished house in the heart of a village renowned for its medieval fortress. Personalized by the owner's artwork, La Petite Galerie du Chardonneret is an accommodation where special attention has been paid to the decor.
A 19th-century residence whose authenticity remains preserved. A peaceful place for a quiet vacation.
Nearby: Puy-Loudes Airport (7 km). Château de St-Vidal (plant festival in June), St-Paulien (10 km) (church, aquatic center, shops and services). Le Puy-en-Velay and its listed heritage (cathedral, St-Michel rock, Notre Dame de France statue, etc.) are 10 km away.
Discover the Château de St-Vidal, its marvelous gardens, and its weekly sound and light show in the summer. Access to the cottage is via a driveway and a small, private, unenclosed courtyard of over 50 m². On the first floor of a beautiful, spacious building, you'll find the living area. This space consists of a large living room (60 m²) with a TV and DVD player, karaoke, and a library with board games at your disposal. This living room extends into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From this living area, you access a 48 m² terrace with magnificent views of the Borne Valley. You also have access to a 25 m² green area with lounge chairs for relaxing. The entire property is enclosed.
You'll also find a toilet and a double sink on this level.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed each, and one bedroom with two single bunk beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
All utilities are included in the price (excluding tourist tax).
For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and table linens are provided free of charge.
For your convenience, you'll enjoy a raclette set, a fondue set, and a gas barbecue with a plancha.
