We enjoyed our stay and Janice and Andy‘s house very much. The home was very comfortable and well stocked for our needs on our girls trip. Very close to downtown which was great for us. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property, stocked well with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, clean well maintained property. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the patio and the short walk to downtown. Could not have asked for a better experience and plan to stay here again for our next visit if available! Great communication from host couple.

This is the perfect place in perfect location. Everything about the home is just right. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice park for kids just a couple blocks away and everything downtown a nice 10 minute walk. This is our second stay and hopeful will be available for future visits.

The perfect place for a girls weekend! Janice & Andy responded quickly if we had a question, the house was clean, and very well stocked. The location was great - close to downtown, and a safe neighborhood to take a walk. I would highly recommend a stay!

Great Place to Stay!

It was very clean, and everything was as it appears in the photos. Very convenient to walk into town, and Ubers to the various wineries were easy and fast to get. My wife liked it so much, she said she wants to buy a place like it to retire to lol. Highly recommended!

Cute house in a good neighborhood

We stayed here for a wedding that we were attending in Lodi. It was a perfect location and the hosts were accommodating to let us check-in early so that we could change and get ready for the rehearsal. We would definitely stay here again

Charming Firehouse

From the very start the communication and booking process was seamless. The firehouse was very charming and clean. Emerson park was fun for the grandchildren and was a short walk from the house. We truly enjoyed our stay and book again.

Hello travelers and adventurers! Welcome to the Locust Street Firehouse in charming Downtown Lodi. We took this abandoned Locust Street house and renovated it into this tastefully decorated and comfortable vacation home... Rumor has it, this Locust Street house was the old Downtown Firehouse.

A little about us: Our families are deeply rooted in Lodi, since moving here in the early 1910s. We have been involved in the Wine/Agriculture business for decades, spanning four generations. Andy has been a grape farmer all his life, and Janice has been a registered nurse for the last 20+ years. The house we call home is located in Lodi, out in the country, where we enjoy hosting our large and growing family for holidays and celebrations.

We’ve always loved the charm of downtown Lodi, especially its beautiful tree-lined streets that showcase the changing seasons. Creating a space within walking distance of downtown was important to us, so guests can easily enjoy local shops, dining, and the relaxed pace of the area on foot.
