We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The location was A, located in the beautiful, high end Biltmore neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants, as well as a great central location to drive to and from other areas of the Metro Phoenix area. The golf course view is so peaceful and we loved the added security of the guard gated community. The home is very comfortable, well decorated and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with our dog, who was also very happy in the space. The complex even has a dog waste station on a grassy area just outside the home.Dana and Shawn were so thorough in providing details and information to make us feel confident in our booking. Excellent communication from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay here was perfect! Close to the Biltmore and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would suggest is tap water or osmosis system to have clean water to drink. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of room. We will be back next year for my daughter’s dance competition. Thank you :)
