Golf course view villa one mile from the beach

Welcome to Seabrook island! This fully renovated townhouse is located on the golf course and it is Only 1.5 mile from uncrowded White Sand beach.
I have stocked just about anything you need for your stay, from coffee to beach towels. Along with most of the beach stuff.
Seabrook Island is a private gated community mix with retirees, vacationer and permanent residences. We are a quiet community but fill with all the outdoor activities & amenities.

This is a 825sq 2 story townhouse. Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed.
Downstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. Also a slide out daybed that can convert to king size bed.

Miles of White sand beach and bike trail are just right around the corner(for free)
Outdoor pool and golf club house are about 1.5 mile away, you can walk/bike there. Or drive.

IMPORTANT!!!

You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it.
Amenity card is required to access indoor and outdoor pools, golf, gym, tennis and restaurants. $40 a day per family or group. You don’t have to get it all the days that you are here, just the days you needed.
PLEASE check out the website seabrookisland. com, under “vacation here” for more information. Please order the amenity card at least 48 HOURS AHEAD. You might not able to order or $75 fee will be charged if request less than 48hours.
p.s: Outdoor pool and restaurant are opening on April 1st and close on mid October 30th

Other things to note:
Most of time you can check in earlier the 3pm, just message me.
Please absolutely no more than 4 people and 2 vehicles on the property. And absolutely no loud music and noise. No other guest other than you booked for.
Seabrook Island is 30 miles for the airport and downtown Charleston via local traffic. Car is required and traffic can be hectic sometimes. So please plan your trip accordingly.

We had a great time at this property! It was very clean and the host had everything you need for a beach vacation (plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc). The host was great, very accommodating, and replied quickly. Would recommend to anyone staying on Seabrook!

This place exceeded our expectations. Starting from check-in, our host was extremely quick to respond with any questions/updates we had. Even arriving at 2am due to flight delays and rental car issues, getting access to the property was easy and seamless. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, beach towels and chairs, the list goes on. Everything was labeled, organized, and very clean. I really appreciated having makeup remover and toiletry items available for our first night when we didn’t have time to stop at the grocery store. The room darkening curtains and phone charging ports were just another little amenity that really improved our stay. I understand the island is full of wildlife and bugs are just par for the course, but I LOVED how I didn’t see any bugs during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Place at Seabrook Beach

Wonderful stay!! Came down to play in a golf event and the place was perfect . Easy in, easy out. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Plenty of hangers, towels, space, coffee! I’d come back again without question.

No Frills, But All the Necessities

Our stay at this condo fit the requirements for just what we needed. Booked the place to stay as our family home on Seabrook did not have enough beds to accommodate everyone for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s the perfect one bedroom with a great view. Decor is definitely functional/minimalist but has everything you will need for your stay.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Shaoling is a great host who is very quick to respond and has thought of everything when it comes to having a cozy, well-stocked villa. We loved biking around the island and spending time soaking up the beautiful beach. We would love to come back!

Comfort and Location

We stayed for three weeks in this comfortable golf villa and enjoyed every minute of it! We loved its close proximity to the beaches, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the surrounding villas were very quiet. All in all, a perfect stay!

Cute condo in a great location!

My husband and I spent a week in Shaoling’s condo and it was wonderful. Very nice location on the island with a short bike ride or drive to one of the many beach access points or club house. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again! Shaoling has thought of everything to supply for you, including beach towels and bikes! Communication was excellent as well!

Very convenient location for event I was working. Would spend a little time on deep clean and organizing cleaning storage closets etc. Blower leaves and stuff of patios.

Tennis weekend

Great little place right off the 8th green. Host really takes care of you. The ONLY improvement for us would be the cable TV service. Programming is very substandard. Regardless, everything else was wonderful!!

Nice updates & location

Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Nice day bed downstairs where my mother slept. Myself & daughter used the upstairs bedroom. My knees are not the greatest but the stairs where open but not steep & easy enough. Half bath downstairs. Tub/shower up. Nice to have pool access with amenity card

Tired.

This property needs a lot of attention. Everything is worn and tired. A fiberglass insert in the bathroom makes for a dark, cramped and uncomfortable shower. The decking is rotten wood planks, the screen door needs a new latch, I could go on……I will say the mattress in the bedroom was nice and the toilet paper was a pleasant surprise. Other than that just pass.
