*The home features 2 BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 has one Full size Bed & the 2nd Bedroom has a Full Size BunkBed (2 full size beds total). Supplied with plenty of fresh sheets and bedding that will include the full size sofa bed if needed.
-One BATHROOM that has a shower and a tub and all your necessities: shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, luxury towel sets.
-The KITCHEN comes fully stocked to satisfy all your culinary needs and includes a Coffee/Tea Breakfast Bar.

*Super fast WIFI so you can enjoy all your favorite streaming apps on your personal devices and/or on the Amazon Fire TV (with Alexa Voice Remote) in the Living Room and an Xfinity Flex TV in the Master Bedroom.

*No need to worry about hauling your laundry with the fully equipped and stocked LAUNDRY ROOM for your convenience.

* I want to be completely honest about the area. I have stayed in the home by myself and I have never had any issues or problems regarding safety. The house is near ULAR University which has some very nice areas and some very questionable areas surrounding it. This home is literally on the cusp of the nice and questionable areas. We recently added an alarm system with video doorbell and a video floodlight camera in the back for added safety measures. As a guest you will have access to the alarm system and videos. Again, when I stayed there alone I never needed the alarm system however we added this extra security measure to ensure our guest feel even more secure.

*The house can fit up to 7 comfortable but please keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom and

To put it VERY lightly: We DO NOT CUT ANY CORNERS WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING A SUPER CLEAN HOME (PRE AND POST COVID19)! WE TAKE SANITIZING & CLEANING THE HOUSE VERY SERIOUSLY!! To take it a step further we are adding OZONE GENERATORS THAT KILL Viruses, Bacteria, Mold, Flu, and Tough Odors in hard to reach places to our cleaning ritual. Also, there will be cleaning and disinfecting products in the home during your stay. Our Cleaning Process: Owner does an immediate walkthrough (fully protected and not touching anything) after guest check out and turns on the OZONE GENERATOR in the home for the next 72 hours, after guest checkout and before the home is thoroughly cleaned. The 72 hours is in alignment with the CDC recommended timeline and guidelines for any germs to die. This not only ensures the safety of the next guest but also the safety of the owners and cleaning staff. After the 72 hours and the cleaning staff has done their thorough job, we then come through AGAIN and we place our Ozone Generators in place AGAIN and AGAIN sanitize all handles and common place touches (sink and tub knobs, door handles, alarm keypad, remotes, etc...). Please note owners and cleaning crew will be free of any COVID19 symptoms to ensure there is no contamination. We do ask that all guest inform us if they feel ill prior to checkin or after checkout to make sure our cleaning crew and owners take extra precaution in their cleaning process and for their protection. This will not negatively impact any of our guest in way. If you have any questions or concerns about this please feel free to contact the owners.
