The house is spacious and clean. Its colorful decor is upbeat and welcoming. What really sold us on it was 4 king sized beds and that is hard to find. Also the bathrooms are spacious. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Decorated beautifully and very comfortable. A nice neighborhood with easy access to much of Little Rock. Close to grocery store!Nice touches thru out the home - and good linens and towels.Would stay again and highly recommend!

This was a wonderful home for our family. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and our adult children appreciated the comfortable rooms with King sized beds. The kitchen was perfect and I was able to prepare some dishes to take to our Thanksgiving dinner at a nearby home. We loved being able to hang out with each other in the spacious den, and my youngest son enjoyed playing the piano! I highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay in Little Rock.

Great house in a safe, quiet neighborhood! Super clean and comfortable with all amenities you need while traveling. I was traveling with dogs - the backyard is huge and fenced in. We had a wonderful stay here and Chris is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with.

Perfect!!!

We can't say enough about this property. Space, space, and more space. Beautiful, clean, hugh yard for the dogs, nice neighborhood, comfortable, homey, nice clean grill for cooking. We are keeping this one on our favorites list for the next time we are traveling to Little Rock. Bonus is the Baby Grand Piano!

Perfect get together place for family

the house was very clean and spacious with many bedrooms! we enjoyed the openness at living/dining and kitchen area. the coffee/tea station was a bonus!! the extra play room between the living room and patio area was a perfect place for our 2 grand children to play on the floor!! the communication with the owner/property management was very smooth and truly appreciate your kindness. the memories we made at the house is unforgettable we will cherish forever, thank you for accommodating us.

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with — which made everything seamless from start to finish.The home itself is warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between comfort and style. All four bedrooms feature king-size beds with high-quality sheets that made for restful nights, and the bathrooms were stocked with plentiful, high-quality towels, which is a detail we truly appreciated.The layout is ideal whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for work. The living room is spacious and inviting, the kitchen is well-equipped for anything from cooking meals to grabbing takeout, and the high-speed Wi-Fi and work-friendly setup were a plus. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also very convenient for an extended stay.A special bonus for us was the private, fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our well-behaved Miniature Goldendoodle. It provided peace of mind and a great space for her to enjoy as well.Parking was easy with a private driveway and additional street parking available, and everything was exactly as described — no surprises and no hidden fees.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. A Home away from Home!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Chris’s rental home! The house was large, spacious, and truly felt like a five-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from a grocery store and very close to the State Fair Grounds. We were in town for a Kid Rock concert, and it was such a treat to come back to an ice-cold, powerful AC and endless hot water for everyone to shower comfortably.Chris was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard was just as impressive, featuring a brand new gas grill and plenty of space to relax.We were more than pleased with this rental and can’t thank Chris enough for helping make this once-in-a-lifetime trip with my family so memorable. The house and hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing! The rooms were all very spacious, each with king beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and even included a full spice rack for a nice touch not commonly found in vacation rentals. The showers bith had handicap bars, which were extremely useful for my elderly relatives who stayed with me. The host was very quick to respond and resolve the minor issue we did have with a tripped breaker. I would most certainly stay here again!
