Relax, unwind & enjoy this incredible 12th floor home away from home at Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove Beach. Beautiful panoramic views can be seen from the living area, master bedroom and private balcony. The open and bright floor plan offers nearly 1,250 square feet of luxurious living.

The detail and attention that has been put into this unit is apparent throughout. Newly renovated with designer/quality furnishings, a fabulous location, and resort amenities...this one is an incredible find!

An on-site complimentary fitness center with ocean views, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools & lazy river are all part of the amenities found at Laguna Keyes. The oceanside pool deck offers the outdoor pool and kiddie pool - with the indoor pool also located on the ground level. The 6th floor features two outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool & a small lazy river. (Please understand all building amenities are unable to be controlled by unit owners & vary per season/required maintenance).

The master bedroom offers a panoramic view from the ocean to the marsh, access through sliding doors to the balcony & en-suite bathroom. This bright, beautiful bedroom has a king bed, two night stands & chest of drawers. A large closet, ceiling fan with remote control, luxurious cotton sheets, bright bedding by Lilly Pulitzer and a wall-mounted, flat screen 42" Samsung television with Spectrum Cable TV, a DVD player and Roku for your favorite streaming services round out this restful retreat.

The second bedroom is highlighted by an incredible view of the Cherry Grove marsh, queen size bed decorated in Pottery Barn bedding, luxurious cotton sheets & en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also offers a twin-sized daybed with pull-out twin-sized trundle bed for the tots if needed! A large closet with a built-in organizing system, ceiling fan with remote control & a 42" wall-mounted Samsung television with both Spectrum Cable & Roku for your favorite streaming services is also featured in this bedroom. It was put together as a perfect fit for your favorite traveling companions...whether that be your children, teens or adults!

* Please note we rent to responsible individuals, families & couples only...over the age of 25. Absolutely no pets, or smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside this unit or on the balcony. Additionally, the entire Laguna Keyes property is designated non-smoking and does not allow boats, motorcycles, golf carts or trailers.

We had a wonderful trip! The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location.Very nice view of the ocean. A must is a walk to Cherry Point on the beach. Great photo opportunities there and also the Heritage Shore Nature Preserve.Check in was so easy and Tracy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is extremely well maintained and finished perfectly! Very comfortable beds and furniture...just very relaxing. Fabulous views!! Great amenities that a lot of places don't offer (i.e. hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs, spices, olive oil, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, etc.) Tracy is great and so responsive! Just very well done all around! We will be staying here again on our next Myrtle trip! Thank you!

We loved this condo. The views were beautiful, particularly of the sunset. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Tracy was prompt and helpful with answering our questions. The building itself was clean and access to everything was easy. We had everything we could possibly want, and then some!

Our stay at Cherry Grove Beach was perfect. The listing is exactly as described. The decor is beautiful and the condo itself is pristine. We took a family vacation with our three teenagers. The view from the condo balcony of the beach and the street was beautiful, especially in the morning during sunrise and in the evening. And the beach is right outside! No packing up the car and lugging all of your beach stuff across town to pay for parking and find a perfect spot, you are literally on the beach. We enjoyed that. If you walk down the beach, you will have the perfect spot to watch the sunset where the inter-coastal waterway meets the ocean. The teens enjoyed the pool, especially the lazy river and the hot tub. We also worked out in the weight room everyday. I have a son who plays football and they are in summer workouts, so having a place with exercise equipment is a plus for us. The location of the condo is away from the host and bustle of larger N Myrtle Beach, but close enough to also enjoy the touristy stuff if that’s what you like. We love an ice cream shop call Melt that is on Main Street. The place is also close to a trail where you can walk if you want a nice but easy hike. The hosts were responsive and so welcoming! They had a card for us and a small gift. The condo was clean (another HUGE deal for us) and the beds were so comfortable. It was truly a retreat! Stay here! You will not be disappointed at all!

The condo is such a peaceful haven which is exactly what we all needed. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and relaxing. It gets the afternoon sun so it was perfect for a leisure breakfast before the best walk on the beach. There were others up and about but everyone is so quiet and respectful on this end of the beach! We enjoyed having chairs available to sit out there and just soak in the sun and views. Tracy was incredibly responsive and everything felt safe knowing you had to have a code to get into any part of the building. The condo was immaculate and very well supplied. From beach towels to hand soap and an easy transport of items to the beach. We will be back as often as Tracy and our wallet will allow. We saw the pools which were clean and tidy but did not use them. We really enjoy the beach!

The location is perfect. The ocean and city views are amazing. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Elevators were very quick. There is a storage unit full of beach equipment. I highly recommend this condo and we will be back again.

The Condo, views and location were perfect and exactly as described. Have been to Myrtle multiple times over the years, and this was by far the best!! Everything was clean, modern and up to date.Communication with Tracy was great and we highly recommend this if you want an enjoyable, trouble-free stay. We will definitely be back.
