Nestled perfectly at the foot of St Catherine's Down, within a quiet hamlet of privately owned barn conversions, this cottage can sleep four people. This cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside this cottage has off road parking for one car and a shared, enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue. With the beach close by and stunning views on offer, Kitty's Loft is the perfect place to spend your Isle of Wight holiday.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV with FreeSat, WiFi, CD/ DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair, baby bath and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared, enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub and beach 3 miles.
There is no electric charge point for cars. The owners have a Golden Retriever. Please Note: This property is for holiday lets only and does not accept worker bookings.

Lovely home and garden, perfect for 4 people - adults or adults and children. Great location .

Great property, fabulously well equipped, beautifully clean and within easy reach of most places . Handy shop a 5 min drive away and 2 or 3 pubs with good food between ten and fifteen mins away.Lovely and quiet with a nice little garden just perfect for a cup of tea or G&T on return from a hard day out. Highly recommend.

If you like a tranquil setting in the heart of the island, this is the place to stay! Kitty's loft offers peace and quiet with home comforts away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trail. Kitty's loft is welcoming and comfortable and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a lovely stay and would wholeheartedly recommend to others.

great cottage very clean & well fitted out for aall your needs. Beds very comfotable lounge cozy

We had a great time here , with the owners being friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The cottage is really a great area to have your base for holidays, all attractions were easily accessible. Loved the garden where you can relax with a glass or two. Kitchen had all you will ever need to cook your meals, We would recommend Kitty's Loft to anyone.
