We had the best time staying here in St. Augustine. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants. We had a car so it was an easy drive into Old City. The place was perfect for our family of 4.

Great location especially to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean cottage. Upstairs AC not strong. Too hot. Loud AC unit. Difficult stay with a service dog and fee charged. No comfortable sitting downstairs. No inviting outside seating. Back yard needs grass and vegetation trimmed. Weeds for front yard. I've never been ask to wash all the towels prior to leaving and then charged a cleaning fee. It was insulting.

Thank you for staying with us! We're glad you enjoyed the location, the comfortable beds, and the clean cottage. We're sorry the upstairs was too warm, and the A/C was loud. We've shared your comments about the A/C, the outdoor seating, and the yard with our maintenance team so they can review them. For clarity, our check-out instructions ask guests to start only one load of bath towels, not wash all the towels. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Great townhouse, easy walk to the beach and well-equipped kitchen. Fenced yard is convenient for a dog. I would only suggest bringing your own bed pillows, and perhaps an extra for the pullout couch as extras were not anywhere to be found an the pillows provided on the beds were not very comfortable, but that is often the case with rental properties.

My husband and I decided to explore St Augustine and so glad we did. The property is in a perfect location. A nice quiet street but less than a block from numerous restaurants.

AWESOME STAY!!!

The property was exceptionally clean and just steps from the beautiful beach. The property manager was awesome to deal with and was very nice and courteous!! Couldn’t ask for a better location to all that St Augustine has to offer. Will definitely be booking this property again in the future years to come!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay for our first trip to St. Augustine Florida!!
