Get away from it all or stay connected to it all in this wonderful condo. This condo is great for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation. It is the top floor of a 3 story building with a valuted cealing, pleny of natural light, and open floor plan giving you an amazing ocean view at a high vantage point. Enjoy the view of the waves washing up on the beach or the white water washing over the offshore rocks. Watch otters, whales, seagulls, pelicans, fishing boats, and the occasional surfers.

This is a great home base for all that the Southern Oregon Coast has to offer. You can jump right onto the coast hiking trail from the condo for hours of hiking exploration. Rent kayaks for a river or ocean trip.

Charter a boat for a great fishing experience with a local guide, or try your hand for Surf Perch right from the beach. There are days worth of hiking and beach trails all within 20 min from home.

When you are ready to come in from the great outdoors this condo greets you with superior amenities. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi (bring your own laptop). Enjoy your favorite TV shows, sports teams, and movies on the high-definition flat-screen TV located in the living room. Light a toasty fire and grab a good book or a loved one and snuggle up for a quiet evening.

There is a great jetted tub to soak road or trail weary bones. Books, puzzles, and great views are all available for your pleasure. Of course, this home is stocked with all the necessities of a functioning home. Linens, beach towels, cookware, etc. are all ready for your use.

There is only ONE vehicle allowed inside the HOA parking area. Other vehicles need to be outside the gate.

Please take garbage and recycling out upon checkout.

Before checkout, start a load of towels (NO SANDY TOWELS IN THE W/D)! Be sure all dishes are put on to wash. Thank you!

The views were fantastic. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. I was able to do a lot of cooking of fresh fish/seafood as the kitchen was very well equipped. The neighbors at Rainbow rock and the people in town were all really friendly.

The view is awesome and the place is nice and the property is very well maintained. You are close to town, which is nice. You have the access to the OCT right on property as well as the access to the ocean. This was a nice quiet retreat. They do need to update a few things.

Outstanding view of the Oregon coast along with access to the beach. Almost the entire wall facing the ocean in the condo is glass and amazed us every time you look in that direction.

Thank you so much for the experience. It was easy getting into the condo. The condo was clean. The kitchen was perfect size. Great location. The view was unforgettable. It was a little ways to the beach but it was well worth the walk. Highly recomended area!!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The beach was easily accessible and used only by condo occupants. The view is spectacular. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. The condo is dated and there wasn't a telescope or binoculars as shown in the pictures. We were looking forward to trying those out but it wasn't a big deal. You are in the first building by the highway so there is some road noise at times. We would go back.

This 3rd story condo was a perfect place for our vacay. The cliffside location was easy to find and access. Spectacular views. My friends and family all raved about my photos taken from the condo balcony and from around the property. The condo property was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and the interiors provided for all our needs both practical and comfort. Brookings us a wonderful place on the Oregon coast. I would have loved a month long stay!

Supplies could be stocked better. We only had 1 dishwasher tab and the only garbage bag we had was in the can. We had to go out specifically to buy those supplies. Beautiful location and view. We have rented this condo prior and had the same issue of limited supplies. I guess I need to plan to travel with garbage bags and laundry and dish tabs in the future which isn't super easy to do when flying from out of state and not checking bags. This has happened to us at other VRBO's but typically only in Mexico. The view from the condo is unbeatable but it is a bit outdated. We would stay again in the future.

Gorgeous views day and night. Worth the stay! Had all we needed for two friends. Used the trail to the beach daily a low tide. Nice to experience that beach. Friendly neighbors helped with local suggestions. Quite, but you can hear a tad bit of traffic in the mornings. Would happily stay here again!

The place is amazing and so cozy. It was super clean as well. My only issue is that we had trouble getting inside at check in because the key code was changed and we weren’t notified. We had two sick babies with us so it was very stressful. But thankfully the property management company was able to figure out the problem after calling maintenance.

Wonderful vacation spot

Overall a fantastic place to stay when looking for a quiet and relaxing spot to vacation . Views are incredible and unique, the apartment was well supplied and accommodating. Greatly enjoyed the private walking trail and private beach.

Why they chose this property

What makes this property unique

The view is our favorite part of our home. We can sit for hours and watch the water and there is always something changing. Of course we are always on the look out for whales, but watching the surfers at the end of the beach and even the fisherman has become quite entertaining. At night we crack open the sliding door and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean. During crabbing season there are a lot of boats out at night that have big lights and you can see the crew working. Vacations are meant to be relaxing and replenishing so we tried to capture the sprit of that in our home and it feels great to us. We furnished it with comfortable but modern furnishings, left clutter to a minimum, and let the view take center stage. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
