With a unique floorplan, the well-equipped kitchen spans the length of the open concept living and dining area creating a perfect place to entertain everyone after a long day of adventure! Enjoy quiet mornings on the private balcony overlooking the mountain with a cup of coffee as you plan out the day's activities. With unlimited ski runs, a shared pool, multiple shared hot tubs, a fitness room, and more, guests will have no problem filling their days with fun regardless of the season! When everyone returns, the fireplace awaits to warm cold hands and the TV is ready for a movie night to be had, so make a bowl of popcorn and relax in style.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Nice place, No Storage

Great location! Rent from Torian Sports for easy ski storage daily. Don’t bring very much clothes as the owners have all the drawers locked in the master bedroom and bathroom.

Awesome location and view! Walk right out to the ski hill and all of the restaurants and bars at the base. Condo was very comfortable. The shuttle service is great and the front desk is very helpful. Only minor drawbacks were a firm mattress in the bunk room, no smart TV (just Dish cable) and a lot of the bedroom dresser drawers were locked and couldn’t be used. Would definite stay here again. Can’t beat the location.

LOCATION

If you are unfamiliar with the Steamboat area (as I was), let me save you some time-this is the best possible location to stay! We walked downstairs to rent out skis (Torian Sport) and then took ten steps to the snow to strap them on and we were off! Ski right down to three lifts (Wild Blue, Christie, and Steamboat gondola). It’s easy to ski right back to Torian Sport (via an easy green), drop your skis and walk upstairs to relax. Views from the condo were awesome and it was so fun to watch the skiers come down! The condo itself was awesome. Ski storage right outside the house (or just boots if you are storing skis with Torian Sport). Nice kitchen, reasonably well stocked. Family area was great with lots of board games. Bedroom set up worked awesome for my three kids (bunk room with trundle) and separate adult bedroom (king). Washer and dryer were so convenient. Whole experience was awesome!

We've rented many condos for our family of 4 over the years and this was one of the best. Janeth is an excellent property manager. She responds to emails quickly, met us with a bottle of wine on our check-in day and the condo was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and filters, dish soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and bath towels. There was ample room to spread out, storage space for our clothing and gear and a washer/dryer in the unit. The ski locker is just outside the condo's door and there are elevators... so no carrying anything up the stairs. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was turned over to us clean! The living room also had a balcony with a great view of the slopes. Torian Plum's location in Snowmass can't be beat. You're slightly set away from the main Gondola area but it's an easy 1-2 minute walk down there and you can also just put your skis on and go. We enjoyed being in a slightly less hectic/noisy area while still having ski-on/ski-off convenience and an easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Torian Plum also has an on-demand shuttle that we took into town and it was great. Highly recommend Torian Plum and this particular unit for your next vacation. Thanks Janeth!

The Perfect Location

The unit was very nice and clean throughout. It has a beautiful kitchen stocked with all of the cookware you could need. Though it says it sleeps six, there are plenty beds. The trundle beneath the double bunk bed was a wonderful surprise. But the best part was the location. From our balcony we could watch our kids at ski school and snowboard school or see them come down the very easy runs off of the lower chair lifts (preview and 1/2 Christie Peak). It was also in walking distance to many different restaurants, and the ski rental was just steps away. To top it off, the free Vacasa shuttle is available to take you into town, the skating rink, or if you are unlucky like our party, even the ER. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It truly is in the perfect location on the mountain for everything. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

The condo was in a perfect location for our family ski vacation. It was just a short walk to where we could put skis on and head to the base. We enjoyed being able to basically ski to the condo and grab lunch before heading back out to the slopes.

Fantastic place, fantastic location

The location of this unit is fantastic, you simply can't beat it. The unit was very clean...no concerns about cleanliness during COVID. It is well appointed - lovely furniture, comfortable beds. Check in went smoothly with a very easy process. We will definitely look at staying at this unit again.

Beautiful condo and nice property overall. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning which made the rest of the area warm. We did use the fans that were in the condo to help blow the cooler air around. It was a great getaway. Thanks!

First Time in Steamboat

Had a great time. Accomodations were very nice and the shuttle service to/from town, grocery store, etc. was SO convenient. You really didn't need a rental car. Special shout-out to the front desk staff at Torian Plum. We had not arranged for shuttle service back to the airport-big mistake as no Ubers/Lyfts were to be found! Catie was able to ask an off-duty maintenance employee if he would be willing to drive us to the airport and he did-thank goodness! Otherwise we would have missed our flight. All in all, great mountain, great location, and everyone is really nice. Only frustration was condo was not ready for early check-in; they don't guarantee check-in before 4:00 pm, but it did seem like it could have been prioritized better. However, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and everyone we encountered in Steamboat and at the Torian Plum were wonderful. I would highly recommend it; just be aware that Uber/Lyft is not prevalent there, and plan accordingly!

Perfect stay!

We've been to Steamboat multiple times and have stayed in a motel, hotel, and other vrbo properties. This has been, by far, the best one yet! We had a couple of firsts as we have a new 1 year old that came, and my parents who decided to come as well. The Torian Plum was so accommodating and the staff was extremely helpful while we stayed there. The condo provided everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Plenty of cooking ware and dishware to cook and eat everyday. Access to the lifts was extremely easy. We rented from Black Tie ski and took them back with us to store in the ski locker that came with the unit. We were able to walk out of the first floor a little bit to Slopeside Grill and ski down to the lifts. And the views were just amazing. Janeth was also very responsive to all our questions from the time we booked until we left. It was a perfect stay, which is what we were aiming for, given this was our first time with our little one and a set of parents. Thanks!
