Belle maison de ville entièrement rénovée de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bains au Phoenix at Steamboat. Il y a un grand salon accueillant avec un canapé-lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat et un foyer au gaz. La table à manger a de la place pour 8 (plus 4 sur les tabourets de bar), et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, et un grand comptoir / bar.

Le niveau principal offre une chambre queen avec salle de bain complète. La 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux confortables. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain au niveau principal dans le couloir. À l'étage, vous apprécierez la chambre principale avec lit king-size, une grande vanité et une salle de bains privative. Le dernier étage comprend également une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative.

Place was great but run by a poor management company. We had trouble getting an access code, as the one sent was not valid note were subsequent codes. Once we got in it was fine. We just would book with someone else.

We appreciate the feedback, Chris. I understand that there were some issues with your codes at the time of check in. We are working with a new lock system at the Phoenix and had sent your codes via email the day of arrival. When we send the codes, we are unable to see what they are due to security reasons, so if you did not get or see the email, we need to resend the code. We were speaking to multiple different people in your group on a number of different instances about the code so I think that added additional confusion. Anyway, our team works very hard to provide great service to our guests from start to finish and I apologize that the miscommunication had this much of an impact on your stay. Take care.

Great Location!

Property was perfectly located a short walking distance to the base of the mountain and restaurants. It was clean and well kept. There were two families and the two bedrooms up/down were great. The property is well managed and the access to the pool / hot tub was a great post-ski activity.

Overall size (4) bedrooms/ (4) baths great. Family room carpet need some cleaning and steps with luggage difficult. Shuttle to slopes stops at unit! Would book again for sure.

Perfect layout and location!

We visited this property with our two young kids and another family who also had two young children. The layout is perfect for two families and it was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom. We love the location of the Phoenix as it is easy to walk to the resort. The space was clean and we had everything we needed.

Great location

A group of 10 friends very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms and pull-out couch were nice, clean and comfortable. The walk to the gondola was short and easy. & The pool, hot-tubs and sauna were great! One downside is that there is only space for 2 cars, with no recommendations or options for overnight parking elsewhere. Overall, good stay and great location. We’d recommend this spot for a fun group vacation rental. Thank you!

Steamboat Gravel Race Group

Really enjoyed this SkyRun townhome. We had 4 couples staying. The large kitchen and dining area was fantastic for our large group gatherings. All the bedrooms and baths were clean and functional. I wish the one bedroom in the lower area had a queen rather than a trundle bed for our fourth couple. The parking was tight for the 4 cars, but we managed quite nicely. Overall, I give this rental high praise for being a perfect retreat for a large group such as ours.

Family Christmas

Rented the unit for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Three couples within the family including two kids under 4. The unit had good accommodations for three adult couples and we could easily sleep two kids. One room had sufficient room for a pack n play to be setup. The location is great for access to the gondola. A big value of this location is the dedicated shuttle services that can you take you to the resort or town. Between the resort shuttle and the on-demand building shuttle we never had transportation issues.

First time at Phoenix third time in Steamboat

Great trip. Steamboat is a town with something for everyone. The condo has plenty of beds for a large group. WiFi works great. Location is a short walking distance to the ski base. The garage is a tight squeeze even for a ford explorer. But it will work.

We were in town to work the Big Air ski/snowboard competition - it meant long hours on our feet all day. We enjoyed the amenities and coziness of the condo as well as the close proximity to the main village area.
