The villa is situated on enclosed grounds planted with century-old olive trees with a remote-controlled gated entrance and a private heated swimming pool.

This magnificent, bright and comfortable new house measures 130 m² (each room is air-conditioned) on 1500 m² of enclosed grounds, featuring a heated swimming pool, a pool house with a plancha grill, and a large terrace in a garden planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean varieties. The house faces south and comprises 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite with a bedroom (king-size bed 180x200), bathroom with en-suite toilet and dressing room, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All bedrooms overlook the garden and pool! The whole house can be rented for 4 or 5 people (2 accessible bedrooms instead of 3).
