Beautiful house with a large pool 15 mins outside Cannes
Lovely open plan home which is well appointed with a large pool and outdoor seating which is ample. Central to many local attractions such as Mougins, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes etc.
The house is not air-conditioned and very warm as a result in late summer. I failed to note this when i rented it. So that is my issue. Owner provided a couple of fans on request which helped but there were times when the heat was uncomfortable. In order to sleep at night we had to leave windows open and a number in our party got a lot of mosquito bites. The approach to the house is a narrower, curved and bumpy road. It is not walking distance to Cannes ( would be 45 minute walk) ,
Driveway is on a slope and best backed down. Real challenge if you have a big car. The gate in and out is electric and if there is an electricity cut you cannot open it manually without a key. The property manager should have that key.
The property manager was very accomodating and met us at 1:45 am as our flight was late incoming. She did this for an additional fee.
